One to watch, Ava is so lovely, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of hair dressing, from the warm welcome, thoughtful consultant to washing/blow drying, it was lovely experience, all under the watchful eye of Lisa (Senior Stylist). Ava has definitely chosen the right career path and I sincerely wish Ava the very best of luck for the future.

As always from the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome. After attending the salon for many years Ronnie always makes me feel relaxed, special and I always leave the salon with the perfect cut and style.

I was really pleased with the results after Alix washed and blow dried my short choppy bob.. She listened to how I liked it and was so gentle whilst doing it I could have fallen asleep ☺️

Loved my time in the salon and very happy with my hair. Staff all lovely the only little thing I struggled with was the loud music it kinda stopped me from felling as relaxed as I could , and struggled to hear Lisa at times.

I’m absolutely delighted with my colour and fringe trim/shape; just perfect! There is always such a lovely, relaxed vibe in the salon too; I came in with the weight of the world on my shoulders, due to a stressful week, but I left feeling so upbeat! Many thanks, as always, to Ann but also to all the other staff I spoke with today. You all work so hard to make the salon such an amazing place to be. 😊

From start to finish the experience of visiting Byron is excellent. Totally customer focussed, lovely atmosphere and ambiance, all of the team make you feel special so I leave feeling fantastic!
Lisa discussed colour thoroughly and then did exactly what she said she’d do which I’m extremely happy with. Alix washed and conditioned my hair, explaining the products she was using and then did a head massage which felt great. Ronnie discussed style, took into account what I said and then cut my hair beautifully. It looks great! 10/10 to everyone, thank you!

This is my one and only salon I will ever use. As an elderly citizen I am treated courteously every time I am in. Anne is a brilliant stylist for my hair,she always keep me young. My husband loves my latest style as well.

I was looking for a bit of a change today in regards to my cut.Wow Anne just works miracle's,my colour is always perfection,if I am looking for a subtle change.Anne always delivers results beyond my wildest dreams.The ambiance of Byron’s and all the staff are second to none.I can honestly say it’s a spellbinding experience xx

I was invited by Ava to be a model for her to gain experience in a bouncy blow dry.

I was welcomed and felt immediately at ease with her approachable confidence.

Ava run through a series of questions to establish an understanding of my hair and routine which I felt she did professionally. Something I noticed early on was that she wasn’t afraid to touch my hair and give it placement to find her approach in styling it. It was refreshing and not something I expected.

Similarly her use of the dryer, and brush was ahead of her salon experience to date, as there was never an occasion where I felt she wasn’t in control nor did I experience any discomfort.

The finished result was incredible. So much so, I felt a little cheeky handing over £5 for to cover costs. My hair is still bouncing and lovely 4 days later and I think it’ll still be nice tomorrow too.

Ava used my daughter as a model the week before and her experience mirrored my experience, therefore Ava is consistent.

You’re an asset to the team at Byron Ava and I’ll be looking forward to using you again in future for a bouncy blow dry.

Very pleased with haircut

I had another lovely experience today in salon. Ronnie trimmed my hair into a lovely style for the summer. He’s been doing something with the front and it’s created a lovely bounce to my curls.
