Well what can I say! I normally have Ria performing miracles to my hair, so I never doubted her for a second with this facial! Ria definitely tops it when it comes to professionalism, standard and her warming presence 🫶🏼 I’ll definitely be booking future treatments with her - felt relaxed throughout the whole treatment! Xx

Chloe did my reflexology and she was amazing. Chloe was very friendly and the treatment was extremely relaxing. She knew her job very well. This is one of the best services I have had from Yaxley. I Will book again soon x

Natasha is fantastic. Can’t rate her highly enough. I don’t know the other ladies who work there (apart from Jo on reception-who is lovely) but there is always a lovely atmosphere in Yaxley.

The whole experience was great! Phoebe went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as I HATE having my hair cut the advice that was given too for after care was great and so so helpful x

Great to see Phillippa too and this salon gives 100% back to the customer They offer excellent customer service with knowledge and products that ensure your hair looks amazing as you leave

Chloe is a wonderful therapist. She applied the perfect pressure and identifies areas of the body that require attention.

Megan’s rapour with Orla is so comforting that I’m able to leave my daughter in her safe hands.
Wash, cut & finish is super ~ especially with the special French plait Orla loves from Megan ~ but this time with a zigzag parting!

Beautiful colour, getting hard what to choose, so many delicious options, thankyou Jade, I now have nails I only dreamed about as the were so fine. See you soon

I have had my hair cut and blow dried at Yaxley a few times now and the girls are always lovely, very accommodating and it’s nice to be able to relax and have a good chat. They’ve become my regular salon and my hair always looks and feels great after a visit - thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Always the best experience. From being greeted on arrival with a smile to the amazing colour and cut from Natasha. She always goes above and beyond to give you the best experience. She is very skilled at hearing what you want and making it happen. I have not loved a salon like I love this one, really is the best. Thank you ladies. Xx

Natasha is always wonderfully natural and as I only visit every 6 months she remembers me, what I like in style and colour. She listens to my comments and takes her time to understand any different requests offering her expert opinion in response. Always a pleasure. Meghan was so welcoming & made me feel extremely welcome, she managed to deal with my hair which has a mind of its own, it was 30 minutes of luxurious care & attention

Phoebe always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable in the salon. I leave feeling fabulous, not only because of the fantastic job she does of colouring and styling my hair, but also because of her positive and uplifting energy. Such a treat!

My son went in for his first hair cut today and we couldn’t be happier! Phoebe and all the staff members were so kind and patient with my little boy and we are so pleased with the results of his cut.
