I love coming to Yaxley for my hair appointments! I always feel welcomed and comfortable! Natasha cut my hair on my latest visit and she did an amazing job! I left feeling confident and super happy with my new haircut! I don’t trust any other salon with my hair and look forward to every visit!

Lily loves coming in and having her hair done by Megan . When we ask Megan about products/ how to curl and straighten hair she gives us great advise and shows us how to do the styles and it’s great that Lily listens . Always smiling and makes us feel welcome coming into the salon

Hope made me feel special and was intent on explaining what the procedure was and the outcome I could expect, going the extra mile in taking a swatch of my hair and to process it, giving me n indication of the quality of my hair to see if it could undergo the suggested treatment

I visited today after previously having a bad haircut and wasn’t sure what could be done, Ria listened and the end result was lovely! So happy with it. Lovely head massage with the conditioner at basin, very relaxing. Those little details make all the difference

I explained to Hope that I just wanted about 1cm off of the length and that my long layers needed trimming. She did a great job and I'm really pleased with the cut. Thank you Hope.

My daughter is very happy with her hair cut

Phoebe has been cutting mine and my daughter’s hair for some time, she did my daughter’s first cut and I’m so happy with her. She’s great at my hair and so lovely, but excels herself with my daughter. As a 5 year old, my daughter is wiggly and finds it hard to sit still for long; Phoebe is nothing but patient and she encourages my daughter kindly and explains what she is doing. My daughter loves going to the salon, she has a full wash; cut and dry and I know as she gets older this luxury of hers is going to cost me. It can’t be easy to cut hair or a 5 year old but Phoebe bossed it. Thank you for always being so welcoming, loving and just a nice person x

I wasn't going to mention anything but since you have asked me I will let you know my feelings. I understood it was to be a full body massage but it excluded the stomach the legs above the knee, which as a hiker , I was counting on or the lower back, which again, as a backache sufferer, I was assuming you would do

This is where you can just chill or have a good chatter! 👍 I can't begin to comprehend what my experience would be like if Natasha didn't talk to me! I can not believe the experience I’ve just had..easily the best facial I have had so far! Chloe was amazingly professional in asking various questions before starting the facial and it was the most relaxing experience ever, I am genuinely not someone to relax even when having beauty treatments done but I actually fell asleep half way through! Worth every penny

It was my first time using Yaxley Hair and Beauty and it was a great experience from start to finish, I had Natasha as my stylist and her service was absolutely fantastic and I felt very comfortable being there. I have very long hair and had the works, cut, balayage and style and the results were perfect exactly what I was looking for and imagined! Been recommending their services to everyone well worth a visit.

Natasha is always amazing. She's funny and always puts me at ease. Today I told her she could do whatever she wanted she gave me a lovley style. She's an asset to the salon I enjoy my visits.
