As you know by now, im a bit obsessed with Yaxley Hair and Beauty. Phillippa owns an excellent salon and Jo runs the salon with the clients at the heart of everything she does but Natasha brings my hair to life again! She is incredible at what she does but what makes it so special is her ability to understand her clients. If you tuned into our conversations, you might be scared off but her colour and cutting skills are amazing 👏 🤩

Was very professional in listening to me, making me at ease as I am going through a difficult health condition, she took the time on how I was feeling, and asked me how much hair I wanted to be cut off in length and what colour hair I wanted, which was very important to me, she took a lot of care which in my opinion should be a 5 star treatment and unfortunately I can’t remember the beautician name who did my eyebrows but she was also professional, she ask me to take my time sitting down as I have had surgical procedure done and I found it hard to shuffle into the chair, but the beautician was patient with me and that’s so nice to see, she ask me what I wanted and that is really good 😊.. I will certainly recommend Yaxley to my fellow choir members and friends.

Wonderful, relaxing Indian Head Massage. Treatment room was warm, with nice, ambient lighting. Loved the smell of the essential oils. Enjoyable experience and professional service as ever, thank you.

As you may know, I go to this salon once or twice!! However, Natasha is my go to for my hair. She wasn't available so I went with Ria. Ria is a young superstar. She did a brilliant job and my hair was washed by Trin who gives THE best head massage. Highly recommend the salon and the brilliant team who contribute to the success of this salon 👏

I visited the salon to have my hair extensions repositioned . The stylist was very professional not only in her work also in the way she interacted and engaged in conversation making my visit enjoyable . It’s so refreshing to know that such a young woman has great values in life with great prospects . This young woman will go far as she has the tools and the capabilities that will pave the way for her into an imminent future. She is a delight and I hope all her clients will see her potential in the same way . A very eloquent stylist and designer . her name is hope .

Haircut for my daughter who is nero divergent, who does not engage in conversation with strangers.
Natasha was engaging conversation with her and my daughter was comfortable enough to have a conversation with her which is an absolute win for me.
Lovely hair cut, we have been to many hairdressers where my daughter wasn't happy with the result and felt uncomfortable. This was not the case here.
I could hear Natasha asking questions about style, length and how she wanted her hair to be cut. She asked the right questions to get the best results. I think we have found our favourite hairdresser.

Love nat. She always makes us smile and laugh. Brilliant hairdresser too 😄

Elise has been doing my nails for quite a while, what a great young lady she is. I have always experienced great friendly service with the whole team and am always so pleased with my nails. Elise is an asset to the salon.

Fabulous massage

Had the Japanese head spa and neck massage for 90 mins with Trin and it was soooooo relaxing. Thank you Trin, I’ll be back!

Loved every minute, Megan is lovely. Listened to what I wanted, gave advice and did everything perfectly! Thank you very much! Now I've found somewhere I like I won't leave it 3 years for my next haircut! Haha

Another lovely couple of hours with the best girls. Natasha is just the best. I was so scared about having my hair coloured but I'm back for my second go. I love how Natasha styles my hair, the cut and now how she brightens my colour. She's just a star.
