Lovely visit - almost forget I’m having my hair cut as I’m chatting away to Phoebe she’s good company! I never have to worry, she just gets on with it & the transformation is complete !!

Natasha is always wonderfully natural and as I only visit every 6 months she remembers me, what I like in style and colour. She listens to my comments and takes her time to understand any different requests offering her expert opinion in response. Always a pleasure. I would also wish to praise Ellie who as an apprentice washed my hair with the most beautiful hands. Thank you Ellie

Meghan was so welcoming & made me feel extremely welcome, she managed to deal with my hair which has a mind of its own, it was 30 minutes of luxurious care & attention

Firstly can I apologise for not remembering my stylists name but she was lovely. I came in to have highlights and a Bob cut and left a very happy lady. Thank you so much you will definitely see me again.

Phoebe always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable in the salon. I leave feeling fabulous, not only because of the fantastic job she does of colouring and styling my hair, but also because of her positive and uplifting energy. Such a treat!

My son went in for his first hair cut today and we couldn’t be happier! Phoebe and all the staff members were so kind and patient with my little boy and we are so pleased with the results of his cut.

This is my second appt absolute fantastic, first class service, lovely cup of tea by receptionist. I am now recommending my daughter in law to you.

I haven’t had my hair restyled in ages, I told Hope what I wanted and she gave her advice on how we could make it work.
It looks so fantastic and it was so lovely to chill for a few hours.
I love coming into the salon as everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it’s usually to have my hair pit up for a carnival event but it was so nice to come in to have some self love time.

Hope did my hair and make up for a black tie event. I had no clue what I wanted as I barely ever wear make up and gave her free rein.
And I’m so glad I did!! She made me feel a million dollars….. I got compliments from other ladies at the event all evening.

Can’t wait for another event to be able to get my glam on again!

Talking with Phoebe, well, she totally knew what she was doing, suggesting the best way to achieve what I wanted, and there was absolutely no pressure at all. The atmosphere was great. Elle did a great job washing and blow drying my hair today and first time I have tried straightening my hair, - very pleased with it! She also did a curly blow dry last week, which turned out nice for a special occasion.

Discovered BIAB in January & since then have enjoyed extra strong , beautifully applied nails solving my problem of flaky chipped nails.

In august I booked in with Phoebe for a balayage. I had never had my hair professionally dyed before so I didn’t know what to expect. From the offset Phoebe was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and made me really excited to get my hair done. The balayage went really well in August and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I booked in again with her to have my hair refreshed before my wedding next week, and I couldn’t be happier at the results. I wanted more blonde bits at the front and Phoebe suggested about bringing in some bits underneath at the back so that when my hair was up it would look light and textured. I am IN LOVE with my hair and I am so excited to see how it looks styled on my wedding day. Phoebe is always so friendly and makes me feel so welcome. Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks when I’m back from my honeymoon. Thank you again!
