I changed to Headlines in May and have been extremely pleased I found Jade, excellent stylist in all aspects of cutting and colour. Jade discusses requirements before commencing style.

I’m very fussy with my hair and used to be a hairdresser too. I have short hair and it’s blonde. It needs a good cut and shape. In the past it’s often been cut too short and frumpy. I like my hair to look edgy and just long enough to play around with. Jade cut it just the way I like it. She listened to me and didn’t scalp me! The cut is lovely and she styled it just as I do myself. Very, very pleased. I’m returning and will recommend Jade

Lily was great. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave me her expert advice and the result was exactly what I was looking for. I also had a lovely experience in the salon, was offered lots of tea and coffee, had a lovely head massage and it felt lovely to be pampered. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Lily!

I am new to the area and this was my first visit and enjoyed it. I found the salon and staff very welcoming. I liked that I was asked how I would like my hair styled and had a choice of shampoos and treatments. I have already booked my second appointment.

I have been going to this salon for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. My stylist Jade is excellent, she takes time to understand my needs and always delivers a fantastic result.

I've just spent a lovely afternoon in the Headlines Salon having my hair sorted and enjoying a relaxing afternoon. It was a last minute decision and I booked my appointment with Abbey (my stylist for the day) only this morning online. The online booking facility was easy to use and was clear about how much I would need to pay for my cut and blow dry. When I arrived, I was seen to quick and efficiently and the salon felt clean and airy as I was shown to my seat by Abbey herself. In discussion about what I was having done I felt like I was really listened to with regards to my expectations for my hair cut, Abbey also gave a few suggestions of things I could consider trying in a lovely no-pressured and friendly way. When cutting in the style she regularly checked throughout that it was what I was hoping for and so from start to finish I felt thoroughly involved and my opinions well-considered. My hair looks fabulous and the salon itself felt professional with a sense of calm. My visit to the Headlines salon today has resulted in the perfect pamper experience I was hoping for.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Emma. I needed to have a short hair cut this morning and she made me feel completely comfortable about needing a change of style and explained what she was doing with my hair as she went along. I love getting my hair done with Lily. Despite not coming too often she always remembers me and we have a great catch up. She listens to what I want done and uses her knowledge and expertise to point me in the right direction. She will also advise if something isn't going to work out how I've visioned I.e. it'll take a few bookings in order to get desired results. I'm always impressed with Lilys colour work too. Overall great experience

My first visit to the Billericay salon and I found Emma very professional and friendly she took the time to tell me how she would style my hair and what needed doing very pleased with results she also advised on products that would help me at home

As always Damian gives excellent service and perfect results in a friendly and cheerful manner

I was long overdue a cut and my hair was in pretty poor condition. I told Jordan what I would like and she was able to give feedback on why something different might be better and how it might suit my lifestyle. She cut it exactly as we agreed and I love it. I had a treatment as it was in need of a treat and I was given the options as to which would suit my hair type the best. I’ve also looked at the colour options and Jordan went through what colours were closest to my natural colour, which would enhance the natural colour. I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks to keep it looking as good as it does now.

I had my hair cut by Jade this week. A absolutely fabulous haircut, I’m absolutely delighted and can’t thank Jade enough. See you in 6 weeks.

I had a cut and blow dry with Jordan, during my first in salon visit in over a year. I needed my hair styled for a wedding and she did a fab job, the cut and curls were perfect! I was in and out in less than an hour, even with the additional K water treatment which left my hair so shiny. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

After lockdown I needed a drastic change, as my hair went from having been dyed for over 20 years to white. Millie created a style and toned my hair to a colour I was really happy with. She always does a lovely cut, is friendly and professional.

I went in with a reference picture of the sort of thing I wanted and was just excited for my hair stylist to go for it, which is exactly what Millie did! It came out so much better than I thought it would and I’m very pleased with the end result!
