Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Always get a warm welcome and offered tea/coffee. Rachel always asks if I am happy with the style or would I prefer something different. Always leave with a smile.

Phoned up on a Saturday on the off ch ace to her my little girl a same day appointment- the receptionist explained that child haircuts are usually full price in Saturday’s but they would make an allowance for today. On arrive the team were friendly and the hairdresser Abbey was super friendly and patient with my 4 year old and informative to me about the best cut for her hair type. Thanks to everyone

Millie understands how I like to style my daughter’s hair. Most hairdressers are worried about cutting layers into my hair. Brilliant hair dresser.

It’s always a worry changing hairdressers but there was absolutely no need! Lily was so good & I am very pleased with my Cut & Colour. Great job, Lovely girl and a lovely Salon.

An excellent service - sorry I don’t know who my hairdresser was but she was excellent. I felt your price at £32 for a cut and dry was overpriced, not a complaint, just an observation!

A few months ago I met Raquel, she has done a wonderful job on my hair, very happy with the service, from the reception, to the girl, who washed my hair, five stars. I couldn't be but satisfied, well done to all. Merry Christmas.

As always welcomed with a friendly smile. Asked if there were any changes to my hair. Was I happy with the style or would I like to change it. This is my third visit but it feels like I have been going for years. Would highly recommend to family, friends or anyone that was looking to change hairdressers.

The stylist was very patent, listened and gave helpful advise. Kind and put an eight year old at her ease . Made it a lovely appointment. So pleased with result we have booked another appointment

I have been a customer at Headlines Billericay for 34 years. I have continued to go there as hair stylists are friendly, polite and have expertise in what they do. They listen to how I would like my hair to look; make sure I am happy with the result and the salon is always clean and tidy. Today was no exception and I enjoyed a catch up chat with Sarah while she washed and cut my hair as expertly as she always does.

Such a brilliant salon, great service, I always love the beautiful look I get after I get my hair done at Headlines! The hairdressers are beautiful! I love the way Abbey did my hair, beautiful curls! The finish they achieve is stunning! I have such silky soft beautiful gorgeous hair afterwards! I love how they use really nice products too, like the vegan Wedo range.

Came in feeling very old and bedraggled. Left feeling far better,just cannot believe what a lovely relaxing session with Amber has done for both my looks and mood. Really happy with everything.Many thanks Gillian.
