I've been a customer of Headlines for 28 years, so feel like part of the family. I love Headlines and cannot think of any.other hairdresser that I would use.

I’ve been coming to the Billericay branch of Headlines for many years now. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The stylists always do exactly as asked. The experience is the equivalent of a West End salon, but at a fraction of the price.

Professional, friendly and Trustworthy Team

My stylist, Ellie took such care to style my hair just the way I wanted it. I had a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The whole salon staff were welcoming. Fantastic!!

My hair was cut washed and bloodied by Rosie today and I am really pleased with the treatment I received throughout it all.The end result is amazing. Thank you.

I had a consultation with Sarah & was very impressed! I wasn’t happy with my colour , So I booked into have Grey blending with Sarah ! The whole team are so so lovely ! Welcoming & friendly ! Especially Michaela on reception ! My hair bit only looks fabulous but feels fabulous too :) il be back ladies & thank you all 🥰😘

Amazing cut as always! I have used headlines since I was 15, i am now 46. I have never had a bad experience and it doesn't matter which stylist you book with you will walk away loving your hair. Lots of advice with styles, services and products that are relevant to the customer. Dawn cut my hair this time and it is one of the best cuts ive ever had!

As usual Jackie was amazing and transformed y hair into a thing of beauty. She is a genius regarding my hair . She is also lovely

Warm welcome and lovely atmosphere. The young lady who washed my hair was very attentive and the head massage was just what I needed the stylist Kittie was lovely and also attentive regarding my preferences she did a great job on the cut and style and I would definitely go again

The salon is a pleasant place to visit and Dawn gave me a very good haircut.

I was very pleased with my haif cut, but unfortunately not the colour.
The stylist did her best to rectify the issue and advised me to come back again if I was still unhappy.
Which I did the next day.
I was fortunate enough to have the senior stylist who does the colour, and she was very helpful, spent time with me and we started from scratch again.
Walked out feeling much happier.

Have been going to headlines for about 3 years, and they always do an amazing job on my colour and styling. First time I have really loves my hair on my life!

I have followed Jackie from the wickford site to billericay as I’ll only have Jackie doing my hair. She is a true professional and always gives the best advice for my troublesome hair. All staff are amazing. 💕💕💕💕💕

Jackie is my hairdresser and I have always had a fabulous haircut and blowdry. The girls in the salon are welcoming, warm and friendly. Fully recommend

Had yet another amazing haircut, very pleased and glad I took the plunge to go short, having always had long hair. Lots of compliments from colleagues at work. The only thing I wasn’t enamelled with was the head massage, it felt like I was having my face massaged as well, not happened before so maybe the stylist is new.

I had my hair coloured by one of the Trainees today and she did an excellent job; exactly what I asked for.

Ellie colours and curls my hair just the way I like it…..it’s taken quite a few salons to say the least! Also had the best head massage with my wash. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, you won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely want to thank Headlines Billericay for firstly ensuring that I received the best experience and nominating both Racheal and Kelly as I help with a cut and colour on hair that has been neglects for some time - their patience and professionalism shine through and helped me embrace change and a long overdue hair so - Thankyou so much …. Staff were welcoming and stylist was excellent. Knew exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with my experience. Good atmosphere in the salon.

Sheree cut and styled my teenage daughter’s hair beaufifully this evening. She’s great to discuss ideas with - you know you’re in safe, experienced hands.
The salon had about 7 other members of staff hanging about not really doing much, which killed the atmosphere, though.

Always a pleasant experience. Friendly, welcoming environment. Sarah has done my hair for several years now and I’ve been a client of Headlines for about 30 years, originally at the Shenfield Salon.

A big thank you to Sarah. I was worried about the need to change my hairdresser - a big decision. Sarah was lovely and took care to listen to what I wanted. I met up with friends in the afternoon and they were really interested in where I had been to the hairdresser. I will certainly be back. They all expressed an interest in coming to your salon.

First time ever going to a salon as I’ve always just stuck to the standard Turkish barber skinfade look and wanted to switch it up. Safe to say I will definitely be coming back. Jackie was the lady who cut my hair and not only did she do a good job the customer service was amazing. Such a friendly environment which was good as I was the only bloke in there. All of the girls where very polite and well mannered 10/10

Despite me making a silly mistake and booking an appointment for a salon that doesn’t exist; all the staff were wonderfully accommodating; friendly and welcoming. The salon was busy and bustling but I couldn’t speak more highly of all the staff members I encountered. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!
