Always so friendly and very welcoming . They are often very busy, but you don’t feel rushed. They take time in listening to you, to what you want. Ash explains really well what she is going to do, step by step. Came out feeling like a new woman today. Highly recommend .

I have experienced some poor services at various salons over the years and after looking for a new salon for treatments I have thoroughly enjoyed Ellinors professional and gentle manor of waxing. She was very polite and conversational throughout and will most definitely be returning

My first time and was daunted by the length of time to have it done but Georgina made the whole experience calm and relaxing. I was delighted with the result and will definitely book again.

This salon is clean and bright and welcoming in the heart of an ever changing old Town community. More importantly the stylists/assistants and technicians are creative and intelligent. They invest their time and skills in ensuring clients feel confident and relaxed always. It’s also like coming home to share news, ideas and local info after periods away working. Claire has been my stylist for a couple of years and her patience and creative experience has seen me develop my hair style again after chemotherapy. I get the sense that Serenity as a whole, keeps it’s ethos down to earth without losing any of it’s modernity in a fairly competitive hairdressing scene in Hastings.
