Serenity Hair and Beauty Rooms is situated in the heart of Hastings Old Town.

We are an award-winning L'Oréal flagship salon with a team of friendly, attentive professionals trained in hairdressing and a range of beauty treatments.

We stock the luxury skincare brand Elemis, so why not come and indulge with a treatment in our spa room in this sea-side town?

We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service and have won many awards, including "salon of the year" three times. The Serenity team are looking forward to helping you achieve all your hair and beauty requirements.

Micheal carefully listened to what I wanted and then discussed the best way to achieve the end result. He is very knowledgable and friendly too. I had an amazing head massage from Hannah as well. Thankyou - I love the colour! A very professional experience all round.

My experience at the salon

My stylist was Mark (unable to select him under therapist name above ! ) I am so pleased to have found a stylist with so much first class experience. He was therefore able to diagnose the problems with my hair and to begin to rectify these. He has a lovely relaxed approach in the salon as well as having great cutting skills ! What a find !

Mark has been brilliant. Saved my hair after a lockdown bleach disaster. Bought it back from major breakages and candy floss texture to healthy strong hair. Still bleach blonde but super healthy. Love my cut too. Tried a bob and now have a gorgeous pixie cut.

At Serenity it’s always a very relaxing and very friendly experience but today most needed. I didn’t really care about my looks & hair because I felt so flat due to being in pain most of the week & didn’t really want Mark to put in his usual attention to making my hair look fabulous. But he went ahead non the less and he knows what I need anyway. It was such a boost. I felt looked after, head massaged, found myself relaxed and happy, and as usual came out of the salon with a really great hair cut and style and feeling a whole lot better than I did when I went into the salon.
