We would, however, like to clarify a few points. We do not recognise the statement that you left the salon crying after either appointment. Following your first visit, we discussed the colour together and booked a toner appointment as part of our commitment to refining the result and working towards your desired outcome.
Throughout both appointments, the health and integrity of your hair was our priority. We discussed the condition of your hair, the limitations of what could safely be achieved, and the amount of length that would need to be removed to improve its overall health. This was agreed with you before the haircut was carried out.
At your second appointment, we again took the time to discuss your concerns and offered either an in-salon treatment to support the condition of your hair or a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. You chose to accept the partial refund, which was provided.
While we appreciate that you are disappointed with the outcome, we do not believe your review reflects the care, professionalism, and efforts made to address your concerns. We remain committed to providing honest advice, working safely within the condition of each client's hair, and resolving concerns fairly and respectfully.
