I visited yesterday for a cut and blowdry, my hairdresser Sophie was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted and took so much time! I’ve never felt so relaxed in a hairdressers, I usually feel the need to chat the whole time but I was so relaxed I even felt like I was going to doze off.

I left my appointment feeling so confident. I was so happy with how lovely it looked.

Well where do I start! My first visit to this amazing salon and I can honestly say it won’t be my last! … I have always been a nervous customer when it comes to my hair ( bad experiences in the past ) and always have this worry something will go wrong, but the guys at the Grove Experience made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I had the amazing Sophie today and wow she is great! She listened to my requests and not only did she do my hair to an amazing standard but she also made me feel a million dollars ! Such a professional salon , with a ray of refreshments and such polite , friendly , welcoming staff. … IF you haven’t yet been then it is a MUST you won’t regret it! Complimentary drinks menu offered on arrival. Coffee comes with iced water on the side.
Stylist sits with you and asks what sort of hairstyle you have in mind.
Relaxing hair wash in an ambient room with low lighting, gently flickering lights and soothing music. Massage settings available on reclining chairs.
Efficient haircut and flattering style. Lots of time and effort put into hair drying.
You leave with swishing hair and a sense of having been very pampered.

From brunette to blonde to cover the grey!

We moved to Eastbourne a year ago and started using the Grove. Emma has advised me and taken my locks on that awkward journey from naturally brunette with 50% grey roots coming through each month (which I used to tend to with home dyes) to giving me the confidence in stages to ditch the box dyes and stay with the journey to go lighter for good. I couldn't be happier with the results and I'm so glad I stuck with it! Now I only need 6-8 week top ups & trim and those awkward between times just blend in now. So much easier!

Wow I have never received so many complements about my hair since leaving the salon yesterday. Kiki listening to exactly what I wanted to achieve and was honest and explained it it may take some time to achieve the look I want but she filled me with confidence that it is achievable.
