After having a bad experience at a different salon I had lost all trust in hairdressers (or so I thought, until I met blake) from the moment I stepped through the door i was greeted with a warm welcome, I felt relaxed and was very comfortable. I am so glad I put my whole trust into blake, he has literally performed a miracle on my hair, I can't recommend blake enough his expertise is second to none, from being someone who never ever wears her hair down to now wearing my hair down feeling confident is just amazing and thats all thanks to blake. Ive never cried over a hair cut/colour but the literal magic he performed on my hair literally brought me to tears, blake went above and beyond, including explaining products tailored to my hair, and how to properly take care of it, I can't thank blake enough!! My hair looks and feels like gold.

I decided to try Olive & Orchard to get my hair cut after a couple of my friends said that’s where they go, and I wasn’t disappointed! I am really happy with the result and Hannah was great with her recommendations. I’d definitely recommend going there and I will be going back soon to sort my colour.

Not happy with cut wanted to get rid of bob style, and it just looks the same

Totally different colour to what was requested despite sample photos . Poor cut and hair left with considerable damage.
Attended a 2nd time to rectify with another stylist which I understood would be limiting , however thought the sales pitch
to buy expensive products was very patronising. After seeking advice from other professionals was advised my hair was cut
lopsided - which when pointed out was very obvious. On the whole a very damaging experience

My first visit to Olive and Orchard was a lovely experience. Rachael, the nail technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. She advised me how to improve the poor quality of my nails. I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family.

Just wanted to shout out to Rachel, who wasn't feeling well but still provided a top-class french manicure today. Immaculate work as always.

I love coming to see Blake! It's my 6 weekly me time, and it's always an amazing experience. Blake knows what I like and will sometimes even put his own twist to it. I trust him to produce the most amazing results for my hair. He tells me all the products he uses too. He's just brilliant at what he does. I always leave feeling more confident with myself. All the staff their are lovely and friendly and always make sure you have the best experience! It's such a relaxed atmosphere. The salon is beautiful too. Would recommend to anyone!

What can I say?! The surroundings and service now match the exceptional stylist Blake.You don t go for a cut but a luxury experience with a laugh and a giggle. Nothing is too much for any staff member but Blake nourishes my problem hair and genuinely cares for his clients.

Julie noticed my roots had not covered well and offered a toner as she said she was not happy with the results. She did a fantastic job with them the toner and a great cut and blow dry. I travel from hartlepool because I stayed at the Inn. I don’t mind driving for 45 min to get a great result thank you !!

Fabulous as always so relaxing had a colour and trim Julie gives excellent advice had a lovely latte and a slice of millionaire shortbread then relaxed on a massage chair had a head massage then a warm eye mask finished with a blow dry slice of heaven amazing
