Makes you feel total relaxed and nothing is a bother

This was my first experience at this salon, and I was really impressed. Very friendly and attentive staff. They make you feel like you deserve the "special treatment", they make you feel welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere of the salon was lovely also. A very relaxed vibe, in a lovely clean and spacious salon. I was shocked by the price of my hair appointment. I really consider it excellent 5* service for a very good price. And finally.....my stylist, Blake! What can I say that I'm sure others have said before. He's an artist with a passion for making his clients feel like a million dollars! He listens to what they want from their new look and he makes it happen while knowing what will look good too. There's a level of trust between client and stylist, and I trust Blake 100% with knowing what I'm looking for. He's such a perfectionist in his work, and I love that! Thank you Olive & Orchard and thank you Blake! I'll be looking forward to my next appointment!

Made appointment for cut and blow dry , salon is so relaxing and clean , Staff are very welcoming and friendly , I was offered a coffee when I first in and asked to take a seat , another member came over a bit later on to ask if I would like anything to drink while I was waiting , the girls were so welcoming .Hannah was professional and caring while doing my hair and I am so happy with it, I haven’t been able to find a decent hairdresser for a long time but definitely have now . I came to the salon today for the first time for a cut and blow dry. My whole experience from start to finish was amazing!! Julie gave me great advice for my hair and how to manage it at home. I can’t wait to return for my colour in a couple of weeks.

Our group had express facials in the beauty room in the den.

The therapists were so lovely and friendly and the treatment was fab and included a lovely arm, hand and shoulder massage.
