Been coming here just after Olive & Orchard opened its doors….. Beautiful salon, feel of ambience and always a lovely experience….Julie is a great stylist and colourist …. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What can I say?! The surroundings and service now match the exceptional stylist Blake.You don t go for a cut but a luxury experience with a laugh and a giggle. Nothing is too much for any staff member but Blake nourishes my problem hair and genuinely cares for his clients.

Lovely friendly lady. Listened to what I wanted, very professional, washed her hands before doing my procedure.
I love the colour and shape of my eyebrows.

A lovely experience yet again to O&O. Staff are all lovely and friendly, relaxing environment, warm and welcoming! Again hats off to Blake for my haircut! 10/10 as per usual

As for Blake he never assumes you always want the same colour or style and always happy to reccomend. Julie noticed my roots had not covered well and offered a toner as she said she was not happy with the results. She did a fantastic job with them the toner and a great cut and blow dry. I travel from hartlepool because I stayed at the Inn. I don’t mind driving for 45 min to get a great result thank you !!

Fabulous as always so relaxing had a colour and trim Julie gives excellent advice had a lovely latte and a slice of millionaire shortbread then relaxed on a massage chair had a head massage then a warm eye mask finished with a blow dry slice of heaven amazing

Absolutely great appt. Head massage, treatment, eye massage and a beautiful cut and finish.

Julie listens and have had spots with her 3 times and is consistent.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Julie for over 10 months now ,I wouldn’t go anywhere else,the salon is beautiful ,everyone is very friendly & welcoming.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Offer of a coffee. Julie was friendly and offered good advice as to what products would help my hair to be at its best. Always love the way she cuts my hair.

Another lovely visit with Rachael. Her advice and expertise has resulted in my nails being the perfect length for my wedding next month. No more broken and damaged nails for me.

I had the best experience today. Got a cut and finish by Blake. He really made me feel at ease, listened to what I wanted and I was so pleased with my hair at the end! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Every visit to Olive & Orchid is well worth it! The salon has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, I always feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in. I’m greeted with a smile and offered a hot drink, which instantly makes me feel at ease.

The team always make me feel comfortable and cared for — nothing’s ever a bother and nothing’s rushed. The attention to detail is wonderful, and the little luxuries make every appointment feel extra special — from the aroma heated eye mask while relaxing in the massage chair, to trying their new Temple Spa products and learning about the other treatments they offer is exciting.

We’ve been attending Olive and Orchard since it first opened.

Such a warm and friendly atmosphere every time we approach the premises from staff, they’ve always made a massive fuss too of our son Enzo and Bear (Bedlington Terrier).

You can tell how professional and organised the environment is purely down to the fact of the hygiene and cleanliness of this salon.

Harriet always goes above and beyond when it comes to the communication, administration and catering aspect of the salon. She makes the BEST coffee! Her detail and presentation skills are outstanding!

Julie is an absolute asset to this family ran business. She’s incredibly knowledgable and timeless when it comes to providing all of our haircuts. She has such a natural ability when it comes to desired cuts and colours.
There’s also commitment to using quality products proving there’s a high-end experience every time.

Using high street salons is a no go for us as a family simply because we’re treated like royalty every time we visit.
