I’ve been getting my hair done by Julie for over 10 months now ,I wouldn’t go anywhere else,the salon is beautiful ,everyone is very friendly & welcoming.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Offer of a coffee. Julie was friendly and offered good advice as to what products would help my hair to be at its best. Always love the way she cuts my hair.

Another lovely visit with Rachael. Her advice and expertise has resulted in my nails being the perfect length for my wedding next month. No more broken and damaged nails for me.

I had the best experience today. Got a cut and finish by Blake. He really made me feel at ease, listened to what I wanted and I was so pleased with my hair at the end! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Lovely experience with Blake! My first time at the salon and it has a great vibe, relaxing and loved the massage chair while getting my hair washed. Blake listened to what I wanted and I love the colour of my hair! Will definitely be returning and would recommend to friends and family. Coffee with a little sweet treat was a lovely touch.

Every visit to Olive & Orchid is well worth it! The salon has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, I always feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in. I’m greeted with a smile and offered a hot drink, which instantly makes me feel at ease.

The team always make me feel comfortable and cared for — nothing’s ever a bother and nothing’s rushed. The attention to detail is wonderful, and the little luxuries make every appointment feel extra special — from the aroma heated eye mask while relaxing in the massage chair, to trying their new Temple Spa products and learning about the other treatments they offer is exciting.

Today was my first salon visit, Blake was my stylist and I went in for my consultation with the colour and style I had in my mind.

We’ve been attending Olive and Orchard since it first opened.

Such a warm and friendly atmosphere every time we approach the premises from staff, they’ve always made a massive fuss too of our son Enzo and Bear (Bedlington Terrier).

You can tell how professional and organised the environment is purely down to the fact of the hygiene and cleanliness of this salon.

Harriet always goes above and beyond when it comes to the communication, administration and catering aspect of the salon. She makes the BEST coffee! Her detail and presentation skills are outstanding!

Julie is an absolute asset to this family ran business. She’s incredibly knowledgable and timeless when it comes to providing all of our haircuts. She has such a natural ability when it comes to desired cuts and colours.
There’s also commitment to using quality products proving there’s a high-end experience every time.

Using high street salons is a no go for us as a family simply because we’re treated like royalty every time we visit.

Fabulous first visit, the salon is beautiful, Hannah was really welcoming & friendly. She completely understood what I wanted & did just that! We had a lovely chat as she cut my hair. All in all a lovely visit. I booked my next appointment without hesitation.

The hair stylist was great she talked through the whole haircut explaining what she was doing and how to to style my hair when was going to style it at home, I felt comfortable and welcomed, a very friendly salon, sorry couldn’t remember the stylist name be she was very professional and lovely lady

Wonderful bouncy blow dry. I haven't been before. So sorry if Ive got the wrong name of the stylist. It had been a long Friday. The salon is calm and beautiful. I also had a gel manicure with Holly. I came out relaxed and regenerated. Ready for the weekend. Im going back next week. My new go to place of bliss. Thank you Harriet 😊

Best massage I've had for some years at a Beauty Salon. Gemma was very experienced and worked on groups of muscles to relax them. I came away feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

This was my first experience at this salon, and I was really impressed. Very friendly and attentive staff. They make you feel like you deserve the "special treatment", they make you feel welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere of the salon was lovely also. A very relaxed vibe, in a lovely clean and spacious salon. I was shocked by the price of my hair appointment. I really consider it excellent 5* service for a very good price. And finally.....my stylist, Blake! What can I say that I'm sure others have said before. He's an artist with a passion for making his clients feel like a million dollars! He listens to what they want from their new look and he makes it happen while knowing what will look good too. There's a level of trust between client and stylist, and I trust Blake 100% with knowing what I'm looking for. He's such a perfectionist in his work, and I love that! Made appointment for cut and blow dry , salon is so relaxing and clean , Staff are very welcoming and friendly , I was offered a coffee when I first in and asked to take a seat , another member came over a bit later on to ask if I would like anything to drink while I was waiting , the girls were so welcoming .Hannah was professional and caring while doing my hair and I am so happy with it, I haven’t been able to find a decent hairdresser for a long time but definitely have now . I came to the salon today for the first time for a cut and blow dry. My whole experience from start to finish was amazing!! Julie gave me great advice for my hair and how to manage it at home. I can’t wait to return for my colour in a couple of weeks.
