Had a change of colour & more colour in, was advised from Blake to try something different & absolutely love the results & thank you so much for the refreshing change, definitely needed.

Jasmine is really lovely but my hair did not resemble the photo I showed her at all. I did ask for her opinion on style which she didn’t give. I am really upset with how I left the salon, the amount of product in my hair made it feel like straw , the messy bun which was really low was painful and within and hour and half my pins were falling out . I took peoples advice and tried
On my hat and sat with the hair as long as I could and not going to lie couldn’t stop crying. I am now in panic mode with five weeks to the wedding , don’t have another £80 for another trial
And now feel incredibly anxious and stressed. The hair just was not what I had asked and jasmine said we can work
On it in the wedding day - my anxiety is in overload and wanted to feel confident for the morning of the wedding

I was extremely happy with my haircut. Blake was knowledgeable, kind and I trusted him with my hair which due to distressing circumstances I hadn't had cut or trimmed for almost a year. Blake understood exactly what I was aiming for and what I needed. He explained what he was doing and, most importantly, why. He took very little off my hair but the cut is super and fits in with my fuss free lifestyle and the type of hair I have. I am very happy with it. The salon is very nice aswell.

From the minute you step into the salon it's like stepping into a happy place - fab people, fab coffee and just the best place to go to get your hair done! It's professional and friendly, the staff are all obviously happy and it's the calm vibe that makes people return again and again. Having had many not so great experiences at other salons I really think they could benefit from a visit to Olive and Orchard to see what a brilliant salon looks like.

Outstanding cut and colour, favourite ever! Walked in feeling incredibly sleep deprived, unkempt & dishevelled and walked out uplifted and feeling positively fabulous, as I do every time after a few hours with Blake. Playlist was banging too which always helps! 😁

First time using the salon for waxing and must say I was really impressed. The room was comfortable and allowed me to feel relaxed. Susie was friendly and competed my waxing with minimum fuss, even kindly adding some facial waxing for me. Will definitely be back! 5 star service!

Blake is an incredibly professional and talented hairdresser. Every visit feels like such a treat, he always creates the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. He really listens and consistently delivers the best results. On top of that, he’s such a lovely person, which makes the whole experience even better. I always leave feeling amazing couldn’t recommend him more!

Discovered Leone back in February, she’s simply the best nail tech I’ve ever had ! I normally get 10 days max out of my nails , I’m currently getting three weeks !
She super friendly and a great asset to the team . The salon is so welcoming and I love the complimentary coffee and tray bake treat too. One happy customer 🥰

Wow, what a great experience. Felt super pampered and relaxed. Hot drinks and a sweet treat provided . Then the chair to wash hair off is electronic and vibrates, an amazing head massage followed by a hot face towel. Sam offered great advice and was super friendly. Booked next appointment in. Thank you so much. X

Attended Olive & Orchard for my first appointment today, what can I say, Wow! Beautiful salon and from the minute you step inside everyone is so friendly. My consultation was with Sam who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me work out the best solution moving forward for my hair. All costs are broken down and I felt very reasonable. Looking forwards to my treatment and using this salon moving forward

Once again a relaxing 60 minutes and lovely nails at the end. Leone is a very skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She is very easy to chat to which makes the appointment even more pleasant.

Julie was amazing as always wanted a new style and Julie cut it exactly like the picture I had shown her fantastic service. All the staff are warm and friendly music is great then to top it all off coffee cake eye mask and a massage chair what’s not too like
