Going to my Toni and Guy salon is like visiting friends. They make me feel so welcome. I never feel pressured or stressed. It is all so easy.

Lovely friendly place and as usual felt like a million dollars when you finished. Stylist took time to find out what I wanted, offered advice on hair care and had a cuppa.

Fantastic service as always. Wendy and Lynne are both excellent. It is a lovely, welcoming, friendly salon and I've been going for years.

Had colour and cut by kym today. I love my hair. Kym is a genius. I ilove getting my hair done by kym. Aswell as an expert stylist she is funny, friendly and really knows how to look after her client x

The usual very warm welcome. Extremely efficient & organised service (no wasted time between colour, wash & cut). Wendy, Lynn & Carly professional & friendly. Fab hair wash & head massage (sorry can't remember the name). Very happy with cut & colour.

Ashleigh cuts my hair and I don’t have the easiest of hairs to cut but I’m never disappointed when I come out! Lovely team in there and I’m always greeted by name from the staff at the reception desk!

I never know what I want when I go in for my colour and I like to change it up. So if a colour has faded too quick or I want something different. I have complete faith in Lynn who does my colour. And every time I am always pleased with the results!

Wendy and the team are fantastic. Professional service in a great friendly salon. Wendy cuts my hair and is not only creative she is great at offering ideas... I am so confident to just let her do her job and every time my hair is fantastic. Lynn does the colour and does a brilliant job too. I can't tell you how many compliments I get about my hair and for me that says how fantastic they are at the jobs. Worth every penny to have the best hairdressing experience in Durham.

I had my hair coloured and cut today and am delighted with the result. The Staff are pleasant and efficient, the salon is clean and tidy and at a comfortable temperature.

The salon made you feel at home and as though each customet mattered. The colourist explained what they were doing and agreed a colour before application. The stylist was extremely good and performrd a very good cut which has proved easy to manage and maintain.

Great service as always, love that no matter who is cutting your hair everyone stops by the chair to say hello. Amazing head massage !!!
