Always a pleasure to come here - Charlene really knows how I like my hair and always cuts it very well. All the staff from reception through to the girls that wash hair are all very friendly and welcoming and makes such a difference

Went to the Durham shop to have a total new colour and cut. Made to feel very welcome and at ease. The staff were friendly on arrival and offered drinks before taking me to my seat. Kimberly was great, she did exactly what I asked for and was very friendly also. Will defiantly be returning

I am happy with my hair cut and colour. I was given good suggestions about my highlights and hair style. I felt that I was listened to and I received good service. I was well looked after.

Kim is very nice and did a very good job of my hair, however, when I rang to confirm the price when I booked, the lady told me £43, which it said online. When I have my hair done with no additional extras, I end up paying almost £50. This also happened on my last visit and I’m too embarrassed to ask why the price is always higher than originally quoted. Other than that, a nice experience but a little expensive.

I always enjoy going to the local Toni and Guy they are part of my community in Durham . They are amazing at their job very skilled and give great advice . They also take an interest in their customers lives all the ups and downs . Although it is an expense it gives me a lot of security knowing that my hair is being well looked after even though the rest of life is not so predictable and reliable .

Love this place - have been coming here for 6 years and I will never go anywhere else - so friendly and I LOVE Ashley - she is amazing and so talented xxx

Kim cut my hair exactly as I asked which is a new experience for me. She had a lovely warm personality which immediately put me at ease. I will definitely ask for Kim going forward.

I am so happy with the service yesterday. I had over 12 inches cut off and my hair coloured. My hair dresser had already put a lot of thought into what she was going to do before I even arrived taking into consideration my wishes to have it all cut off and my lifestyle and what was manageable for me.
