I wanted something completely different and was quite nervous about getting my curly hair cut after so many bad haircuts.
Lynne added some subtle blonde streaks to my dark hair and Ashley gave me a totally new look with what I can only describe as an accentuated bob.
Ashley put me at ease due to her great experience and knowledge of curly hair. (Believe me when I say that it’s hard to find a good stylist who is confident working with tight curls!)
Thanks ladies, I love my new do and can’t wait for my next appointment. I came home with a very stylish do! ????

I enjoyed my hair appointment today the staff were very helpful, Lynn coloured and Wendy styled my hair and I left the salon feeling like a new woman, thank you so much.

As always with Toni and Guy, the service was good, the stylist was friendly and listened to my needs and the result was a high quality, professional experience.

First cut last time was excellent, blunt as id asked for and just one long layer in my long hair. .Very disappointed with cut this time.asked for very ends only to be taken off my existing cut and seem to have layers that weren't there and cut whispy which makes my fine hair look awful. I'm gutted

What a lovely salon, when I arrived my coat was took off me and I was offered a coffee! My little girl was given the WiFi code for her iPad and we sat together! Charlene was lovely and has restyled my bob beautifully! She took time to talk to my little girl and understood that I like a few looks for my style. She used products in my hair but wasn’t pushy to sell them (I did buy the thickener ????) overall a lovely experience.

Hair dye was done very professionally and skilfully! Hair cut was perfect. Definitely recommend

With very curly hair it is hard to find a hairdresser you trust. Luckily for me, I have Ashley. She looks after me and my curls beautifully

Good Hairdresses for straight hair but curly or my awful frizzy hair is always cut as though poker straight and then it bounces up.
Too short and didn’t consider I want the layers out so chopped them in even shorter ???? disappointed they’ve been good in the past

I absolutely love getting my hair cut and coloured at Toni and Guy. Lynne is just the best!!! She cuts my sons hair, who has special needs, and she’s got so much patience with him and my daughter also loves Lynne cutting her hair. It’s honestly the best cut I’ve ever had and that’s why I keep going back. Lynne is both professional and friendly and I couldn’t imagine having my hair cut anywhere else.

Everyone in the Durham salon is friendly and helpful and this makes it a really enjoyable experience.
