This salon has quite honestly ruined my hair. I went in here with very healthy long blonde hair. I've been having blonde highlights for years. I went in simply for a half head of highlights for my roots and asked for exactly the same colour, if not ever so slight lighter blonde round my face.
The girl who did my hair absolutely lost control and I now have very clearly pink/ orange hair which I absolutely hate and would never ever request. My roots are still visibly an inch or two and haven't been covered seemingly at all.
She tried to correct the pink/orange colouring in the salon by stripping it which left my hair so incredibly damaged that they had to condition it 4 times and make 4 attempts at drying it because it was like straw.
I was in there for 5 hours. Several staff members tried to rectify the situation but absolutely nobody seemed to know what they were doing and all seemed to be in complete blind panic which was incredibly stressful for me. In the end it was so brittle and damaged that I had to leave with wet hair because it couldn't be blow dried without snapping. I'm absolutely gutted and I'm embarrassed of the absolute state and colour of my hair and right before Christmas. The colour will eventually fix but you have completely destroyed the health of my hair permanently. I wish so very much that Id never gone to this salon at all.

I was so impressed with my whole experience from start to finish! I showed my stylist a pic on my phone of a desired outcome and she couldn’t have done it any better. Absolutely love my new hairstyle- can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely amazing, make me feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time. She listened to what I wanted, and advised what the best thing to do would be, il definitely be coming back next month and every month hereafter just because she is brilliant at her job! Thank you charleigh

Sadly the most disappointing cut I have had in long time and the most expensive. Looks like hair has been cut with garden shears. Not at all what asked for or wanted. Had to even up sides as one down to chin and other up by ear. Doesn’t sit in any way so have to wash every day. Never happened before here. Cried when I got home - unlike me. Will still go back as best hairdressers around but not to that stylist. Come back Ashleigh!

Feel totally renewed coming out of the salon. Always a good friendly bunch with a great atmosphere. Without much help from me Wendy totally gave me what I needed in a new look. Fabulous!

Victoria cut my hair after I noticed a different member of staff with a lovely haircut, which was also her work. She made sure my hairline was very clean, gave me some styling tips and showed me how to use straighteners to create texture. Everyone else was very forthcoming and helpful as well.

Superb as always- I cannot recommend highly enough. Wendy knows her stuff and is incredibly precise. She works with the hair and person in front of her rather than anything prescribed - not an easy thing to do! She has also done a great job in ensuring the salon is covid secure yet retained the usual feel and atmosphere from before. Thank you Wendy!
