During your consultation and test strand, it was explained that while your hair did lift well, achieving your ultimate desired level of lightness would require more than one session in order to maintain the health and integrity of your hair. This was discussed prior to proceeding with the service.

Balayage is a gradual, bespoke technique designed to build lightness over time rather than create an immediate, dramatic change in one sitting. The service provided was carried out with care and skill, and your hair remained in good condition following the appointment.

When your partner raised your concerns and asked for a refund,
we invited you to return to the salon so we could reassess the result in person and add further lightening if appropriate. Although initially he agreed you would attend the salon he later called to say you would not be attending. As the service was delivered as agreed and there was no technical fault, a refund was not applicable.

We always aim for our clients to leave feeling happy and supported, and our offer to review and adjust the colour still stands. I am going to email you a contact name If you have a change of mind and we will assist you.
