Edra is the best. Every visit I hrt a beautiful manicure just the way I like it . The finish and cuticle work is amazing

I am so pleased Nicki has been my hairdresser for more years than I care to remember. She’s simply excellent, become a friend and I enjoy our regular chats. She goes the distance in that I challenged her to knock ten years off my age( 74) which she did with a Pierce Brosnan style. I am delighted. I go to the boutique for lunch and coffee and they throw in the haircut !
Good luck to all the very pleasant staff that make this a fun venue.

Caroline has been looking after my hair for a few years.
Yesterday, when in for a colour l, she gave her normal amazing expertise and added some warm colours.
I mention this as very often, staying with the same stylist can be become stagnant, but with Caroline - she loves adding her artistic side.

From the moment you arrive, Michael is there to open the door for you and take your coat. Then the lovely Hazel was there to spoil me with Turkey and cranberry sandwiches, mince pie and mulled wine. Such a very welcome festive treat as I hadn’t had time for lunch! Then the important part, My hair has been a challenge recently as I lost my luscious locks due to treatment for cancer. Steph has been looking after my hair and I came out of the salon feeling a million dollars. I hope the new owner of the business keeps the same standards up. Steph I wish you good luck in your retirement. Enjoy it!

As always Sophia and the team provided an excellent service. Caroline also provided some expert hair colouring advice and promptly booked me in for roots and highlights. I was listened to and respected and Sophia cut my hair with meticulous accuracy. I love HNB as I always feel pampered and cared about and the atmosphere is friendly and fun.

Shade is so knowledgeable. I had the best facial I have ever had - perfectly suited to improve my skin.

Another great salon experience for a blow dry yesterday. I enter looking windswept (and not in the glamorous way!) and exit with perfectly bouncy tresses and feeling relaxed after an hour out of my day for self care!

First time to have a Hopi Ear Candle treatment - highly recommend to help remove blockages and relieve pressure in ur ears, forehead, sinus - leaves you feeling lighter in your head in all ways!

Sophia is brilliant. Incredibly professional and one of the friendliest people I know. I love having a laugh with Sophia while she does a brilliant job making my hair look like it’s come straight out of a magazine.

I came in and had a complete restyle courtesy of Steph and Sophia.

Steph used the session as an opportunity to give a masterclass on Baylage - this woman is not only a fabulous hairdresser and knows her craft well but she is also someone eloquently shares her passion and enthusiasm for hair with those around her.

First time of reflexology and such an interesting insight into my inner cogs! Very beneficial indeed, Shadi is particularly knowledgeable in this practice, making it very relaxing at the same time!

I was at the salon for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. From start to finish it was a very enjoyable experience and Nikki takes great care to discuss the colour and the cut beforehand. The refreshments are always welcome and I come away feeling thoroughly pampered. I highly recommend HNB, and Nikki is a brilliant stylist.

Steph helped me as I was in need of a colour update. She knew just what to do and whisked into action. Her confidence and professionalism was so reassuring! I have the best colour I’ve ever had.
