Finding the right stylist ‘fit’ is so vital to the end result and we appreciate this feedback as it has induced us to make changes at booking, to ensure the correct match between guest and stylist is made.
In terms of your other observations yes you're 100% correct this is not how we operate at HNB and I have personally taken these comments on board to ensure changes are immediately made, so that this never happens again.
Feedback is vital to ensure firstly that we know what's not working, but can then also make the necessary changes or implement the training required, so many thanks again for letting us know. .I genuinely appreciate you taking the time.
