From the moment I met Shadi I knew I was in good hands. She is so knowledgable, sweet and is an expert in her field. I booked Shadi to get my eyebrows threaded - something I have been avoiding for years after hearing horror stories. I needn’t have worried - Shadi was so gentle, she explained the process and helped me to relax. Her approach was so lovely that after my appointment I booked an eyelash lift and tint and also a facial! My eyelash tint and lift was exceptional. After growing my lashes with serum during lockdown they were so long and I’m lazy with make up so a tint and lift sounded ideal. The experience was relaxing and an opportunity to take time out. I didn’t know what to expect in terms of the results but all I can say is wow! My lashes look incredible and since my treatment I’ve had so many comments asking if they’re real. It goes without saying that I will be rebooking for my eyebrows and eyelashes again when needed. Thank you Shadi, see you soon for my facial ?

Everyone needs a Sophia in their life. Sophia just knows and gets it. She works her magic and I always leave feeling better than when I went in.

Emma is lovely and does a great job of cutting my hair but more importantly visiting the salon is one of my favourite social outings as everyone is so friendly which is a big contrast to my normal lonely life . I find the price odd as it has varied anywhere from £15 to £38 over the past 3 years but I do not like to question why as it is still way cheaper than going out for dinner.

Such a lovely salon great atmosphere very talented staff but the chairs are so uncomfortable such a shame as you have to sit in them for so long.

Steph has an eye for what suits you. It’s a gift, and it really is with Steph. I went into the first lockdown with great hair, and came out at the end with a total mess. I live in France and returned to Canford Cliffs for help. She just completely transformed my hair and I feel like myself again, only much much better.

Debbie is the best! I look forward to seeing her friendly face! She knows her stuff & can always ‘fix’ the knots in my shoulders, pain in my knee, you name it, she’s the one to go to. I walk out feeling like a new woman. Look forward to seeing you again!

Reflexology is much more than a foot massage in the hands of a skilled reflexologist. Went in feeling tired and tense, came out feeling relaxed and light of step. Thank you, Debbie!

Wonderful blow dry as usual ???

After chopping off 12 inches of my hair back in the summer I have struggled to feel confident in my hair style. After a failed attempt with a salon local to where I live I decided travelling an hour and 15 minutes to HNB was just what my hair needed.

After speaking to Sophia regarding my hair, how it made me feel, and what type of style I was aiming for she kindly offered me advice on what style would best suit me. She took her time and explained what she was doing throughout my time with her. She even gave me styling tips for when I do it at home.

Not only was Sophia great, the reception team was top notch. My friend and I were made to feel welcome and cared for from the moment we entertained the salon.

I am so pleased with the service, my time there and most of all feel confident with my trendy hair style!

A fantastic visit. All the staff were extremely friendly and put you at ease. On arrival refreshments were given and there was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff.
My hair Stylist was great, with a lot of knowledge and experience of how to deal with my thick curly hair. She was extremely patient and advised how to cut my hair to suit the bounce or the curls to compliment the shape more rather than just standard layers.
The receptionist was a great host and the customer service was excellent providing a lot of laughs and very helpful on checking out.
The whole experience was great and would fully recommend, whether its to get your hair blow dried or if its just to escape your busy life to feel pampered like a VIP.
The whole team are a credit to the company.

A little longer style cut today nice to have a change… Julie’s suggestion well received.

Visiting Shadi at the hnb salon is a perfect way to start the weekend. Shadi made me feel special and important as soon as I arrived. She was welcoming and attentive. During the treatment the advice provided by Shadi and the attention to detail was perfect. The treatments are worth every penny.
The products and equipment used were exactly what I needed. Shadi has excellent customer service and is a master of her trade.
Shadi did ask the salon hosts to keep quiet during my treatment as they were very noisy outside the treatment room. With regret they ignored this.
Management should consider having some signs or reminding hosts and guests that treatments are happening and their silence is welcomed.

Georgia is on leave and so Sophia has taken over my blow drys - really great!

Spent the most wonderful 3 hours at this amazing salon yesterday. Everything from start to finish , including my arrival and greeting from Michael and the lovely reception team was first class. This is a very glamorous high class hair/beauty salon complete with a Door Man dressed in top hat and tails! He gives you a warm welcome and you enter a luxurious world of white leather and highly trained hairdressers. The refreshments include fresh chopped exotic fruit and pastries served on delicate chinawear. It's an indulgent place!

Whenever I come I leave not only looking better but feeling better too… in this dreadful season we are in I’m so grateful for this place and each staff member who takes such good care of me, Shadi/Debbie/ Emma and Sophia especially, but it’s a whole team welcome that makes this place special xx
