Edra did a wonderful job on my nails for the second time. But I had a shock that the price had increased 20% since last visit 3 weeks before.

Visiting Hnb is the highlight of my month every month. From the moment I’m greeted at the door to the moment I leave the service is impeccable. I have been coming to Hnb for over 5 years and would never go anywhere else. Steph and her team truly are the best, nothing is too much trouble and I always leave feeling a million dollars. Hnb is one of a kind :)

Good hair stylist but I have received just one shampoo, no hair mask as per stylist instructions, no head massage. When the stylist started to cut my hair I wasn’t covered properly and the wet hair went inside my dress and on my back! Very itchy and uncomfortable. I will definitely not return! I had high expectations for the place.

Once again Caroline did her magic and I came away with a great style, colour and cut. She just knows what will suit you best. Always such a pleasure spending a couple of hours being pampered at HNB.

Shadi , lovely lady and very experienced , sorted out my eye brows after 3 sessions to cover up another persons botched job who had left me with wonky and non matching brows , now they are fabulous , she really knows what she’s doing . I recently visited an eye surgeon and even he commented on what good eyebrows I have which will help him with the surgery he will perform . I’d recommend shadi to everyone

I met Steph who was extremely welcoming and understanding about my ‘fine hair’ predicament! She went through what she would advise and she went on to cut my hair exactly how I’d wanted it but had been unable to explain. It was as though Steph had read my mind. The whole experience from arrival was amazing as l had been nervous about what to expect. Until recently my husband had cut my hair but I lost him nearly 10 months ago. Steph was so understanding and I will never go anywhere else. Hair in safe hands!

Sophia is superb - she offers incredible advice and you are guaranteed to walk out feeling 100% better than you went in.

Massage with Katie was amazing. I strongly recommend that you treat yourself to this wonderful relaxing experience. My skin was rehydrated and my body felt beautifully rejuvenated . Just a wonderful way to spend an hour of “me time” .

Your new nail lady did my nails and I’ve been soooooooo impressed with how long it’s lasted! Defo willl be back

Fabulous gel nails that last by the lovely Edra. I needed a last minute hair appointment for my big birthday celebration and Steph managed to fit me in last minute for the following morning.

Working her magic yet again. Sophia has transformed my hair with the latest keratin treatment. Literally the best! Thank you as always! Special mention to Hazel for always being there with my coffee, she’s so attentive! HNB at its finest, thank you!

You actually take for granted those wonderful touches in the salon. I was offered beautiful fresh fruit and a drink within minutes of arrival by a very lovely lady who was out to please whatever the cost it’s is always a joy visiting the salon and greeted by the doorman. All quite definitely down to Steph’s contact with USA

Caroline has totally saved my hair! The colour had gone odd and the cut wasn’t right but she’s made it great again and I get lots of compliments.

Although so hard to get appointments now for both hair and beauty - which as a long time member is a noticeable and disappointing change

Yet again another good experience at HNB. This time not only a good cut but also a friendly welcome to my 4 year old granddaughter who I was looking after for the day.

HNB is such a fantastic salon, the experience is always 5* and the service is so personal. I want to say a huge thank you to Hazel, she is always so welcoming and friendly, looking after all the customers with a huge smile,. Whether its coffee or fizz, sandwiches or fruit, Hazel has us covered. She also looks after the little four legged friends with water, treats and cuddles. Wilfred and I just love ❤️ our visits. Thank Hazel you are a star!

I have been coming to HNB for many years always friendly and professional. Steph is an amazing stylist, and it always feels like it’s a nice treat to come into the salon ??‍♀️

Hmm I don’t like leaving negative reviews but really not happy with service and hair. I got phoned to come in early for my hair appt, saying they wouldn’t have time to do my hair-so come 45 mins earlier or ASAP. So I raced 40 minutes across town with husband and two kids to get there early. Then when I arrived I was kept waiting nearly an hour, my original appt being half hour late.

Without any convo, dye was slapped on my roots, and then I had to wait a long time for hair wash, and wait for a cut.
My hair didn’t look great, the cut looked wierd and the colour looked strange but I had been there for so long I just wanted to go and I didn’t have confidence asking her to change things, thought it might end up worse…..The girl said it was just because she had styled it straight?

I noticed on way back to car, it wasn’t even straightened properly as I had bumps where my curls were coming through at back…on the top

Anyway got home…had a good look….looks like one side is cut longer than the other, I also have stray pieces of hair longer than the rest. I have yellow hair where the blonde has now gone yellow over time, and the darkest brown ever all over my roots. If I wear hair up I’m now a brunette with yellow stripes on the top of my head. And if I wear it down the cut is awful. I don’t really want to go back to get it rectified as I have two small kids, no time and it’s a bit of a drive from here. It’s annoying as we have a family wedding and are leaving tomorrow and wanted hair to look nice for the photos.

I’m so sad as I’ve been coming to this salon for over 5 years, but I don’t think I’ll be back :-( I’ve found the results to be too inconsistent depending on which person you get given

Caroline is friendly and welcoming whilst remaining highly professional. Brilliant colourist and hair stylist balancing her clients preferences against her own judgement of what would suit the client and their hair to ensure everyone leaves beaming, looking fantastic and happy.
The salon is spotless welcoming and efficient.

The most amazing facial I have ever had. I was floating on air for days afterwards and my skin has never looked so good. I will definitely make this a regular treatment with Shadi.

In my opinion there isn't a better salon than HNB. The service is simply outstanding. I always go in to HNB feeling OK but come out feeling like a million dollars. Also, I can confirm that I haven't laughed so much in ages...Stephanie and Caroline had me in stitches yesterday. Hazel always makes sure that all the customers have delicious refreshments.
The whole choice at HNB IS AWESOME!!! Thank you all at HNB.
