Amazing experience yet again from visiting
H&B this weekend. Big thanks to Sophia, McKenzie, the lovely new lady who washed my hair and the equally lovely lady who looked after me with refreshments throughout the 3 hours I was there. Always a treat to be able to go here every month. Thank you to Steph and her amazing team for creating such a wonderful haven to relax in.

The HNB team are superb - the warm welcome from Michael, the attentiveness of Hazel, the expertise of Julie and Sophia. A glorious head massage at the basin and a customer focused reception team. The salon is a blissful treat and truly sets the standards for customer service.

The moment you step into HNB it’s like a big hug. The little extras like Michael opening the door to being served drinks with finger sandwiches and fruit salad to the care and attention all the staff show.
Can’t fault HNB, it feels like a little piece of heaven each time I go.

Blaire gave a warm welcome and hairwash and as always Spphia gave a great and meticulous cut. Always made to feel so very welcome and look forward to coming for cut and colours every time.

Debbie is a lovely therapist. I would like to see a wider range of polish colours especially spring/summer bright colours.
Also, when my nails chipped and peeled off virtually straight after application, it was difficult for them to fit me in as very tightly booked.

I had an appointment to talk about hair extensions. My first appointment was cancelled when I got to the salon as Sophia wasn’t in and reception hadn’t got my number to call to make me aware. The receptionists were brilliant at rebooking and extremely apologetic, these things happen so I was happy to rebook which I did.
I came to my appointment excited that I would hopefully be able to book once I had spoken to Sophia and got all the information I needed about them but sadly over 3 weeks on I’m still waiting for the phone call to let me know the costings. I’m so disappointed as I really wanted to be blown away by coming to HNB and all I was, was disappointed. My appointment time was 11am and I was seated straight away but it was 20 mins before Sophia came over - I understand appointments run over but she was working next to me the whole time. I would have just expected a courtesy to say she was running late. When she did see me she was really polite and apologetic and gave me the information I needed to make a decision and she said she would call but I’m still waiting.
It’s such a shame as I had such high hopes and having extensions wasn’t a decision I made lightly.
Your receptionists were great but sadly it fell down everywhere else.

My stylist Ilonka (not sure if Correct spelling, really lovely red head) created a lovely balayage for me. She set my expectations as to the color result die to my hair being naturally dark. She provided me with privacy as I needed to work on my laptop while getting my hair done. Always a treat to be in HNB as I always feel pampered.

From the moment I met Shadi I knew I was in good hands. She is so knowledgable, sweet and is an expert in her field. I booked Shadi to get my eyebrows threaded - something I have been avoiding for years after hearing horror stories. I needn’t have worried - Shadi was so gentle, she explained the process and helped me to relax. Her approach was so lovely that after my appointment I booked an eyelash lift and tint and also a facial! My eyelash tint and lift was exceptional. After growing my lashes with serum during lockdown they were so long and I’m lazy with make up so a tint and lift sounded ideal. The experience was relaxing and an opportunity to take time out. I didn’t know what to expect in terms of the results but all I can say is wow! My lashes look incredible and since my treatment I’ve had so many comments asking if they’re real. It goes without saying that I will be rebooking for my eyebrows and eyelashes again when needed. Thank you Shadi, see you soon for my facial ?

Everyone needs a Sophia in their life. Sophia just knows and gets it. She works her magic and I always leave feeling better than when I went in.

Emma is lovely and does a great job of cutting my hair but more importantly visiting the salon is one of my favourite social outings as everyone is so friendly which is a big contrast to my normal lonely life . I find the price odd as it has varied anywhere from £15 to £38 over the past 3 years but I do not like to question why as it is still way cheaper than going out for dinner.

Such a lovely salon great atmosphere very talented staff but the chairs are so uncomfortable such a shame as you have to sit in them for so long.

Steph has an eye for what suits you. It’s a gift, and it really is with Steph. I went into the first lockdown with great hair, and came out at the end with a total mess. I live in France and returned to Canford Cliffs for help. She just completely transformed my hair and I feel like myself again, only much much better.

Debbie is the best! I look forward to seeing her friendly face! She knows her stuff & can always ‘fix’ the knots in my shoulders, pain in my knee, you name it, she’s the one to go to. I walk out feeling like a new woman. Look forward to seeing you again!

Reflexology is much more than a foot massage in the hands of a skilled reflexologist. Went in feeling tired and tense, came out feeling relaxed and light of step. Thank you, Debbie!

Wonderful blow dry as usual ???

After chopping off 12 inches of my hair back in the summer I have struggled to feel confident in my hair style. After a failed attempt with a salon local to where I live I decided travelling an hour and 15 minutes to HNB was just what my hair needed.

After speaking to Sophia regarding my hair, how it made me feel, and what type of style I was aiming for she kindly offered me advice on what style would best suit me. She took her time and explained what she was doing throughout my time with her. She even gave me styling tips for when I do it at home.

Not only was Sophia great, the reception team was top notch. My friend and I were made to feel welcome and cared for from the moment we entertained the salon.

I am so pleased with the service, my time there and most of all feel confident with my trendy hair style!
