I had such a brilliant experience from start to finish. The consultation was fantastic – Shaun really took the time to listen, understand exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely at ease.
I’ve honestly hated my hair for such a long time, but Shaun completely transformed it. He took all the brassiness and the old black out of my hair and created the most gorgeous brown with beautiful beige highlights. He understood my vision perfectly and absolutely nailed it.

Yet again another fantastic experience . The blonde high lights look so natural and the cut and blow are superb ! Elona is such a talented young woman . I would always recommend her to any age group !

Shaun looked after me today. My first follow up toner top up as part of my grey blending journey. Shaun is new to the salon this week but clearly has the Dana’s high standards of customer care already. See you in 2 weeks Shaun.

I had another wonderful appointment with Dana today! She did a root touch-up and an amazing blow dry that lasted a whole week from my previous visit – I was so impressed with how well it held its style.

I’ve received a fantastic service from Dana, my hair colour is exactly what I asked for & my haircut is perfect - Dana listened to my wants & I could not be happier! I feel fabulous & really grateful ☺️ great salon with great people! I was only gutted to realise that when I booked in Feb as a first time client , the offer was for 50% off … I didn’t realise until I got home that the offer changed and only 25% was deducted. I did quote the new client offer when I first came in and also when I telephoned to book and pay the deposit, and then again when I called to reschedule my appointment to be later in the month (mentioned 50% off each time) so I feel like this should have been honoured… nevertheless I am happy & will be recommending Dana’s salon :)

I booked an appointment to start a process of grey blending after years of dying my hair with box dye. This had left me with various grades of colour from golden brown through mid brown with very dark brown ends with grey roots. Dana explained very carefully what she would do and what my journey would look like over the next year. She transformed my hair in my first appointment to a lovely caramel balayage which was amazing and a million miles from that awful box dye nightmare I had before. She is very talented and took such great care of me and my hair. I’m looking forward to my future appointments and excited about my long term hair goals.

I had an amazing experience with Dana. She did a beautiful job with my grey blending and colour correction — the result looks so natural and seamless. I feel really lucky to have found Dana. She’s been cutting and styling my hair for a while now, and she always gets it just right. She listens, gives honest advice, and I always leave feeling genuinely happy with my hair.

She’s also amazing with my little boy, so patient, kind, and calm. What could easily be a stressful haircut turns into a really relaxed experience, and he actually enjoys going, which says everything.

Dana genuinely cares about what she does, and it shows and her team are just as lovely and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I always look forward to our visits with her.

I had my first cut and blow dry at Dana’s today. My stylist, Lisa, was excellent and went to a lot of trouble to restyle my hair as we had discussed. The finished result was brilliant and all done in a very calm and bespoke atmosphere. Thank you!

I am not someone who goes regularly to a hairdresser and this was my 1st visit to Dana’s beautiful salon. I enjoyed my pre-cut experience with a wash and head massage given by Dana’s colleague. Dana gave me a transformative cut and natural highlights which really suit me and my low-maintenance style. My husband came in towards the end of my session and did not recognise me. He asked the receptionist if I’d already left the salon! 😁 My family all love my new look. Thank you.

Been going here for nearly a year. Always a very good experience in a lovely environment. Dana is an amazing at what she does and it’s nice to have someone who can be creative with men’s hair but understand I still need to go to work and look businesslike!

I have been bouncing around to different salons in the Purbeck, Poole and Bournemouth area looking for a place to settle. Usually ending up not entirely happy with the cut, the finish, or how the products smell/feel. Today was different. Ylenia listened to my wishes, but advised me on what would work best for my hair texture. She was attentive and gave advice on after care and style. At first I thought it was too curly and big, but as it settled in on my drive home, I'm so happy with the cut. I will definitely be back in the next couple of months for an update.

The receptionist was very smiley and bouncy which made me feel welcome. Another team member, I think a manager/owner arrived later at the end of my cut and she had a seemingly supoortive side conversation with Ylenia who cut my hair, but when I smiled at her to acknowledge her she just looked away and then sat near us like she was listening, in on Ylenia's final touches to the style and conversation. I understand she is probably wanting to supervise a bit, but there was a noticeable shift in the atmosphere and I felt I was being watched. This made my otherwise very pleasurable experience end on an awkward feeling. If she had just acknowledged my presence as a customer or interelacted a bit this would have helped. I think she needs to know the impact she is having on a welcoming atmostphere.

Really thrilled with my new eyebrows. I'd wanted Microblading for ages, but was too nervous to give it a go. Meeting Dana and having my hair cut with her I knew I could trust Dana to give me the perfect eyebrows too. I was right, I couldn't be happier with the results, thank you!

Lisa gave me 6 year old daughter a wonderful salon experience and made her feel very special. She had a fabulous cut and there was lots of attention to detail. She is already looking forward to coming back
