From the moment you arrive, Michael is there to open the door for you and take your coat. Then the lovely Hazel was there to spoil me with Turkey and cranberry sandwiches, mince pie and mulled wine. Such a very welcome festive treat as I hadn’t had time for lunch! Then the important part, My hair has been a challenge recently as I lost my luscious locks due to treatment for cancer. Steph has been looking after my hair and I came out of the salon feeling a million dollars. I hope the new owner of the business keeps the same standards up. Steph I wish you good luck in your retirement. Enjoy it!

Great experience from begining to end. Undoubtedly the best hair wash I’ve ever had by Emma. Caroline as always knows what colour and cut will suit you. Great in chair beverage and snack service by Hazel and the fabulous greeting and farewell by Michael. A truly relaxing experience. First Class all the way.

Edra yet again gave the perfect mani and pedi - my nails and cuticles have never looked and felt so good .

As always Sophia and the team provided an excellent service. Caroline also provided some expert hair colouring advice and promptly booked me in for roots and highlights. I was listened to and respected and Sophia cut my hair with meticulous accuracy. I love HNB as I always feel pampered and cared about and the atmosphere is friendly and fun.

Shade is so knowledgeable. I had the best facial I have ever had - perfectly suited to improve my skin.

Another great salon experience for a blow dry yesterday. I enter looking windswept (and not in the glamorous way!) and exit with perfectly bouncy tresses and feeling relaxed after an hour out of my day for self care!

First time to have a Hopi Ear Candle treatment - highly recommend to help remove blockages and relieve pressure in ur ears, forehead, sinus - leaves you feeling lighter in your head in all ways!

Sophia is brilliant. Incredibly professional and one of the friendliest people I know. I love having a laugh with Sophia while she does a brilliant job making my hair look like it’s come straight out of a magazine.

I came in and had a complete restyle courtesy of Steph and Sophia.

Steph used the session as an opportunity to give a masterclass on Baylage - this woman is not only a fabulous hairdresser and knows her craft well but she is also someone eloquently shares her passion and enthusiasm for hair with those around her.

First time of reflexology and such an interesting insight into my inner cogs! Very beneficial indeed, Shadi is particularly knowledgeable in this practice, making it very relaxing at the same time!

As a new mum, it can be daunting venturing out especially to get my hair done. The whole team were simply fantastic and give more than they realise. Not only was I looked after, so was my little one and my hair looks fabulous which in turn makes me feel a little more human. Thank you all for your kindness and incredible hair skills. I was at the salon for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. From start to finish it was a very enjoyable experience and Nikki takes great care to discuss the colour and the cut beforehand. The refreshments are always welcome and I come away feeling thoroughly pampered. I highly recommend HNB, and Nikki is a brilliant stylist.

Steph helped me as I was in need of a colour update. She knew just what to do and whisked into action. Her confidence and professionalism was so reassuring! I have the best colour I’ve ever had. No more “bar code” stripey roots! We laughed and laughed as she worked and she put me completely at ease! Thanks Steph! And thanks too to lovely Hazel for the excellent coffee! Xx

When it’s been a busy week the time spent in the salon becomes the much needed self-care part of the routine as part of the membership programme .
As always, Hazel, Caroline, Sophia so welcoming and friendly- you enter slightly stressed from day to day life and you leave with an amazing blow dry having been fed and watered and truly taken care of.

I always leave HNB feeling delighted with the result - Steph is totally in tune with her customers and listens to what I want and delivers every time. My highlights are always spot on and she makes me feel like the most important customer in the salon. Everyone looks after you very well - there is even a delightful lady who brings sandwiches and cupcakes with excellent cups of tea - and wine on offer for those who would like. The ultimate pampering experience.

What a joy to go this salon. Steph was quite simply amazing. She has given me the hair colour of my dreams. The colour she applied looks so, so beautiful and compliments my skin tone and eye colour perfectly. What a talented, lovely lady. The whole HNB salon experience is an absolute pleasure, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. A truly pampering experience. Gold stars all round.

Great bouncy blow today… despite my hair deciding it truly did not want to hold its curl. Katie persevered and I left with amazing volume! Special mention to Hazel again who remembered my husbands breakfast order ? that’s attention to detail!

Steph has looked after my hair for many years but due to treatment for cancer my hair isn’t what it used to be. However working with what we now have, Steph has managed to transform my hair and it feels the best it has for months

I’ve just rejoined as a member as we have moved back to the area … and what a welcome back it was. The salon remains one of the friendliest and professional I have been in. From the door greeting by Michael, refreshments by Hazel, the blow dry (and head massage!) by Sophia and the consult with Caroline- it was just so lovely to be back in this lovely salon!

Pedicure. They look nice and therapist was pleasant. However I have been left with painful toes after she cut the hypernicium away (I have a high hypernicium on my toes) I thought it might just be a bit sore but several days later I still can't wear shoes that press on my toes.

Visiting Hnb is the highlight of my month every month. From the moment I’m greeted at the door to the moment I leave the service is impeccable. I have been coming to Hnb for over 5 years and would never go anywhere else. Steph and her team truly are the best, nothing is too much trouble and I always leave feeling a million dollars. Good hair stylist but I have received just one shampoo, no hair mask as per stylist instructions, no head massage. When the stylist started to cut my hair I wasn’t covered properly and the wet hair went inside my dress and on my back! Very itchy and uncomfortable. I will definitely not return! I had high expectations for the place.

Sophia is the best! (But not as good as cheese!!)
