I had just left Muir-Chapman Hairdressing after having my hair done which was great as normal. Terry used the new products, it felt great. Waiting on the corner outside for hubby when a lady coming towards me said "to your hair looks really pretty" how nice was that. Of course I told her where it was done. Thank you Terry it made my day ?

Naomi was lovely , did a great job on my hair , I am very pleased with it. All r very professionall , and the salon has a really good relaxed feel to it , I was more than happy .

Had my first appointment with Luke I wanted a complete colour change and he is making the transition for me. Very pleases with the first step, can't wait to see the final results in a few weeks. Very clean salon all the staff very pleasant and welcoming.

As always Terry get's 10/10 for doing my hair. Professional, friendly staff in a relaxing environment.

I have very unruly frizzy hair & living by the seaside does not help. Terry at Muir Chapman knew that the only time I was 100% happy with my hair was when he blow dried it - they suggested I tried a new treatment they were offering called a Brazilian blow dry. I went for it & the lovely Tammy changed my life !!! Literally no more frizz & lovely soft straight hair. So easy to blow dry my own hair - thank you.

After cutting my own hair since the first lockdown it was lovely to have an expert cut. Luke was very good and explained what he was doing whilst cutting. The young lady who washed my hair was very gentle and it was a very relaxing experience.

Recently had hair done, colour slightly different than previous as had to colour myself during lockdown.
Grown to love this, as much more of a natural blonde.
Cut looking perfect ? as I needed a new brush.

Having not had my hair done in nearly 2 years Luke had quite a lot of curly hair to contend with! I had a lovely blonde balayage, cut and blow dry. All of the staff were really welcoming and I felt at ease in the salon. The salon was spotless and really clean. I felt a million dollars when I left and look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Lovely to be back !

Very manic in the salon, was in the salon 5 hours, however wasn’t an issue.
My Daughter was pleased with hers.
Mine not really the colour I wanted but didn’t like to say as Terry seemed rushed off his feet.
Struggling a little at the back with mine as pleased with Bob cut but wasn’t aware it was being layered at the back and hair sticks out but will grow..

Amazing! I had enough of being blonde, so I gave Luke some visual ideas and asked some advice - and he went above and beyond to make my change of colour perfect!
So happy with my new look x

They have been amazing with the Covid safe rules . There are huge mirrors between clients, hand sanitiser and temperature taken on arrival and everyone wears masks.

Great to see Terry and the team back in the salon. Always gives good advice and is happy to go with my vibrant colour choices ;-) Friendly service, great cutters and colourist. The salon is stunning throughout and I always leave loving the transformation and feeling pampered. Five star service every time. I moved to Kent a year ago and could not find a hairdresser as professional and friendly as them. I have known the owners for over 20 years and had my hair done by them before they owned their own business, and will carry on using them for a good many years to come.
