I have now been to the salon three times and I love the way Molly does my hair. She listens and advises and then does a fab job. Everyone is so welcoming from the minute you walk in and you feel like you have been a client for years.

I had a lovely experience with Naomi who did a fabulous job cutting and coloring my hair.

I have always been reluctant to get my long, very fine, thinning hair cut. However Nicola put me at my ease and I am really pleased with the result. Came out of the salon feeling like a new woman with my long pixie cut - shining and bouncy. Thank you Nicola.😊👍

I’ve been having my hair cut with Luke/Nicola and Terry for years and in between (moving etc) visited many other places inc high end £££££££ and always overrated salons. Coming back to Highcliffe and Muir Chapman I am loving my hair again! They just know what suits me and always great to chat too x

My hair was absolutely hacked. Uneven, not cut on the correct parting and thinned out when not necessary. I had to tie my hair up for 8 weeks until grew enough to correct.

I had a wonderful experience at the hair salon today! Molly, my hairdresser, gave me a wash, trim, and style, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. I loved the shampoo she used so much that I ended up buying a bottle to take home! The entire team is warm and welcoming, and the environment is so lovely and relaxing. I always look forward to coming in, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service in a great atmosphere.
