Nicola does my hair so nice & I am always very pleased with the results.
All the team are also very kind & it is a lovely atmosphere in the salon.

Terry was fantastic with my daughter. She is autistic and very sensory sensitive with her hair so we have previously tried home salons but have been left disappointed as they didn't really listen to what she wanted. I then saw a recommendation for this salon for how friendly they were from other neurodiverse people so thought we'd give the full salon experience a try. Terry was great with my daughter (13), speaking to her, listening to what she wanted with patience and fully involving her in her cut and highlights. As a result she felt comfortable telling him exactly what she wanted. She is absolutely thrilled with her new hair style and enjoyed the salon experience. He even explained to her technically why he did certain things and taught her how to dry and style it. When we left she said "I think we've found my hairdresser". The other staff in there were all very friendly too. Highly recommend.

I popped into salon to ask if my tired dry uncared for hair would be suitable for a perm and if so to make an appt .....I was a bit nervous as havnt been to a hairdresser for a long long time ...I was welcomed and treated by the staff (Molly Naomi and Terry who cut and styled my hair) ,,,in a very friendly caring way .they couldn't have been nicer and I felt at ease straight away . I was advised about my hair and what would be the best choice but wasn't pushed at all ...I can't praise them enough ..my hair looks lovely ...approved by all the family and I feel like a new woman .I would highly recommend Muir-Chapman for their highly professional but relaxed and friendly approach to their clients especially nervous new ones 🙄

Doesn’t matter which stylist I have … I go on looking like an alien and come out feeling amazing… fabulous staff with amazing skills who really listen to you and take the time to work with you. If concerned about parking the shoppers car park off the high street ( old Co-Op) great vfm or free parking on Upper Gordon Road only ten mins away.
