I would just like to say you cannot fault the service you receive at Muir Chapman. You are always greated with a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. This is consistently the same whenever I visit them. It is a pleasure to have my hair cut and my whole family also have theirs done here. What can I say? Such a lovely informal, friendly atmosphere and Luke always knows exactly what to do with my hair when I haven't a clue what I want. Can't recommend Muir Chapman enough. I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very welcoming & friendly team! A great understanding of hair type, completion & colour. They give you friendly advice & expertise whilst listening to what you want. I entered cautiously with varying tones of grey and blond in need of attention. After a chat with the colourist, a review of the colour chart and how to fulfil my expectations, I had full confidence going ahead. I am over the moon with the results, highly recommend!

I have been visiting salon for almost 8 years now and plan to continue. It is very friendly as well as professional.

Lovely clean spacious salon. Very welcoming,polite, friendly staff. Did an amazing job cutting my son's hair,which he had tried cutting himself. My son looked like a different person, brilliant job done. Definitely be going back for hair cuts again when down on holiday again. Would definitely recommend people to go here. Very affordable too. I have real anxiety going to get my hair done but I must admit that from entering the salon I was greeted by a lovely lady and then passed to an equally nice guy to have my hair done.
I was pleased with the experience, the cut etc but not sure if the colour was a little too dark. I do believe it will lighten quite a bit as it’s Summer time and the sun lightens my hair a lot.

Nicola changed my hair style, she would not have known that as it was the first time we had met, also it was very long due to the Covid lock down.
I think she has done a great job I like the new style and will continue with it.

I hadn't had my hair professionally coloured in a very long time. Naomi was great. She spent a long time asking me questions about my hair and colours and went through the colour chart in detail. I never once felt intimidated as one can do at times. She was charming as we're all the staff in the salon. I will definitely return. Oh and the colour is fantastic! Thank you Naomi!

Always seen on time. Salon is spotless according to COVID regs but you never feel uncomfortable. I have Luke who is quick but always professional and my hair always looks good.
