The young lady was very helpful and patient while I tried lots of wigs before making my selection and she then trimmed it a little to suit.

Over the Christmas period a salon I have gone to for years let me and a number of there clients down by being closed and not informing any clients which is hugely disappointing but as they say everything happens for a reason. I was so angry as I had our family vacation booked for two days after my hair and going away for two weeks and as a woman you want to feel you best when going away. I was so lucky to of been in Westbourne and saw this beautiful salon I went in on the off chance and explained what had happened at a salon at conferred Cliffs and they offered to stay late after they close to do my hair as they could see I was so upset which I am truly grateful for. They really did go the extra mile which I have and will be telling everyone I know. I am so happy with my colour and some many people on the boat complimented me on my hair and the colour. I have found a new salon and stylist. Thank you Kim for what you did to my hair it is amazing and really is the best it has looked

Disappointed.My haircut look like have been done by trainer but not by a salon director.I have been so upset as I wanted to be nice for a Christmas that's why I choose the "best salon".

I was very nervous as salon looks very posh!! But so patient and so friendly. I think I had style director,nicky? Not sure but she was lovely and made my phobia of bad hairdressers fade.

I came to this salon seeking a solution for my thinning hair as I saw that they specialise in this in-particular. Georgie was a great help and helped me choose the perfect hair piece. She went above and beyond with all aspects of the job and I'm really happy with the outcome.

I would definitely recommend anyone with thinning hair or hair loss issues to come here.

On first impressions this is a beautiful salon, and I've been in a few over the years, including my brothers.
I was greeted with a friendly smile then I met Georgie, what a lovely helpful young woman.
I have with two lifelong illnesses which has led to very thin hair (the only part of me I don't want thin) but that's another side a fact of all the meds I have to take.
Georgie sat me down got me a coffee ask all about my hair and health, I had gone really to get a full wig, but Georgie explain that I didn't need that to get the look I wanted, a real hair piece which she is ordering in and will cut and style for me next week when I return for my next appointment.
I can't wait I feel better about myself already. Don't put off making an appointment at this salon they are angels here.
So good to speak to someone after eighteen years of feeling like no one really gets it.

I have been wearing hair extensions for years - was recommended to come here as they have alternative extensions to the traditional glue in ones that were ruining my hair after years of wearing them. I really didn't want to be without my extensions so i went for a free consultation and haven't looked back! Their Transformation connections are fantastic and the hair quality is amazing - i have had a years wear out of mine because i have followed their aftercare plan - Great Salon Great Staff - wouldn't go anywhere else!

Having recently had Chemotherapy & lost all my hair, my husband & I were so impressed with the wonderful, professional, discreet wig consultation. A fabulous selection of beautiful wigs too. So glad I booked an appointment. I have previously ordered a wig on line which I was very disappointed with. They also have men's wigs & hair pieces, which looked amazing. This morning I had a wash and blow dry done by
Beth. She is very good and did my hair just as I wanted. Her manner is very good, just the right amount of chat to show an interest in me as a person but not over the top. She also gave me advice on how to deal with my hair.

I went to Simone Thomas for the first time yesterday after reading amazing reviews online and was not disappointed! Danielle-Reanne is a hair wizard! She made me feel super comfortable and used the latest techniques and products to fix my fuzzy bumblebee head "dip dye/ ombré". Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend to anyone :) also yes, it was pricey but for the first time in years I am happy with my hair and I can't stop swishing it about haha! Worth every penny! Thankyou!!

I was welcomed with open arms and a cup of aromatic tea. My hairdresser did an amazing job. I am very, very pleased with the outcome. Even when she was done with my hair we kept on chatting for much longer, because we had such a fun conversation going on. Also, this is an amazing place to get a perm, bleach and colour done at. They use the revolutionary Olaplex, which dramatically minimizes the damage. I know it sounds too good to be true, but highly processed, yet healthy hair is now possible.

I had my extensions cut in with Georgie and they look amazing! Much better than I thought they ever could. She was really lovely aswell, down to earth and honest. Will definitely be going back. And would recommend anyone.

I have my hair cut and coloured with Kim who works in the Simone Thomas Salon. Kim is lovely and the best hairdresser I have found. She always knows exactly what I want and is very kind and friendly so its always a treat to have my hair done!

The salon is OK, its quite basic compared to some other salons in the area but it is always clean and the staff are friendly. Ultimately I would go to a salon for the quality of the cut and colour, not whether it has WIFI or special coffee!

My 11 year old son ( who hates having his haircut) came out of this plush, classy looking salon, after Dani worked her magic on his mop, saying he was really happy with his trendy new look & he would definitely, return again! This is a miracle! It was not just her obvious skill & care at cutting ( not a pair of thinning scissors in sight!) but her lovely warm character & easy going manner. She just connected with my son ( & me!) & made us immediately feel relaxed & happy. In fact, all the staff were very helpful, friendly & well presented with their classy black clothes & their own beautifully inspirational hair styles! I Can't wait to go & get my own hair cut there.
I must admit that I was a little worried that with such fantastic surroundings & attentive service, it was going to cost an arm & a leg, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised! Affordable expertise. We both highly reccomend this amazing salon.

The supplier has made a mistake with my units and the incorrect ones were made.
Georgie and I were stressing out a little but she was absolutely amazing!
I am very pleased she is now doing the units because she really understood my needs and really explained what is best for me.
I've told her so many times to stop being sorry about the units. It was not her fault and she was a great!
She also cut my fringe just how I like it!
I am also loving the new salon! Privacy is what customers like myself needed :)

I've struggled to find a decent salon locally having been super happy for years before moving.

Plenty of locals can recommend where not to go! Then recently a friend sent me to Danny here. Finally I believe I've found someone who seems to know what he's talking about. He introduced himself, took time to understand my lifestyle and talk through my expectations whilst being reassuringly knowledgable about my limp hair type and what to do with it to make it look good.

I haven't had my colour yet but feel very confident that I'll get what I've been looking for. The staff I met were friendly, the wash seats are comfy, coffee good and overall a very pleasant experience.

Major surgery and three stone weight loss resulted in brkken and thinning hair which was making me depressed and unhappy. Georgie and Danny were reassuring and sympathetic and suggested Nioxin and clip in extensions which instantly transformed my sad and sorry locks into something resembling my former crowning glory prior to surgery - long and thick hair which is such a close match nobody can tell the extensions are not my own hair. I cannot thank them enough or speak more highly of this salon. If, like me, you are suffering from post operative hair problems, don't hesitate - go to Simone Thomas and you will leave feeling 100% better. I will definitely be going back - its worth the car journey and every penny.

After doing online research about best local salons for highlights I decided to pay a visit to S THomas salon.
I called them, spoken to their booking lady and explained what I wanted for my hair and told them my hair length. I was quoted £75 for highlights and £40 on top if I wanted cut and blow dry as well. I informed her that I only required highlights bi no hair cut or blow dry. We agreed.

Unfortunately, it was a rainy day and I arrived a bit late. Stylist Danni kindly agreed to do m highlights despite my lateness.
We agreed on colour and he performed his art on my hair. It took longer than I expected. We started at 2.30 he was washing the colour of hair at 5.30 but it didn't matter a so was flexible.

However, he told me that I am not allowed to leave the salon without blow dry at least. I told him that I agreed on the phone that I only required highlights but he insisted as he wanted to see the colour properly. I informed him that I ad tight budget and wasn't prepared to

Danny took on board my thoughts but also offered some great ideas, which I wanted. What he said really made sense and he really took the time to establish the cut he was going to deliver and he definitely delivered!!! The best cut I've had in a long time and a lovely experience to boot. I felt very at ease.

Had a complete restyle today with the very lovely Dani. I'm over the moon with my new "do", from the moment I stepped in the salon could tell what a professional salon it was , Dani spent ages talking me through what would suit my face shape and hair texture , end result is great !! Will defo be going back , feels like a top London Salon x

Danny is a colour genius! Helped by the new vibrant goldwell colours - I am thrilled to bits. I sometimes used to get an itchy scalp after some colours but these are fabulous. Well done guys!

I have been to a few salons this last year to get my perfect balayage /ombre hair but have failed! I nearly gave up until I researched again and found Simone Thomas and thought id give it one last go and I am so happy I did! Dani understood and listen to what I wanted and I absolutely love my new hair colour I highly recommend!

I had a consultation for thinning hair and hair loss with a really helpful lady (sorry I couldn't remember her name!)

After 2 years of doctors, dermatologist and trichologist appointments I was finally given a very thorough examination and was talked through what she could see clearly. She recommended a scalp dermabrasion and a programme of Nioxin and booked me in. She explained I had a sever build up of sebum on my scalp, which could have been contributing to the pain and inflammation I was experiencing with the shedding/thinning.

I had my dermabrasion the following weekend with a lovely lady called Georgie. She was brilliant, very friendly and really put me at ease. She knew from my consultation I had an extremely sensitive scalp and was very gentle throughout each process.

Everyone at the Salon was so so friendly during my visit and joined in amongst customer conversations. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

I went to have my new wig cut. In the early days of alopecia they treated me with the sensitivity I needed. The salon was lovely and felt like a normal salon experience despite my hair being a wig. Would strongly recommend. They know what they are doing!
