Had not used MWAH before, took advantage of a great online offer and was not disappointed . Had cut, gloss and blow dry from Lisa. Salon was very clean, staff friendly and welcoming. Great overall experience Will be back

Hurt like hell, bled lots - and that was just the haircut !!! But seriously, nice new staff and happy with the outcome.

Today I was booked in with the two new members of staff for various beauty treatments, I have been coming to MWAH for a number of years and was always happy with the beauty therapist that was there Danielle, but I have to say today Madeline and Jacqui were the best two therapist and experience I have come across. Simone your salon keeps going from strength to strength, well done and good luck with the awards next week. I had a full body massage today with Maddi, followed by the best HD Brows I ave had in two years with Jacqui followed by a luxury jessica Geleration manicure and pedicure and even treated to a yummy sandwhich from next door as I was at MWAH for a good few hours. Thank you girls and love the new team, best environment and therapists to date.

I came to the salon with tired, broken hair as it is(or was) very blonde. After a consultation of what was best to get my healthy hair back, it was dyed and cut. I am now a darker blonde...but still a satisfactory blonde, and my hair feels like it has it's bounce back. Very happy with the one on one attention I got from 2 stylists and the manager. 5 star service. Thank you

The salon had already been recommend to me do when the salon came up on my google search for hd brows I didn't hesitate in booking.
Very pleased with the outcome and have booked my next appointment

I ordered a mens hair piece from Simone 10 weeks ago which she designed and had made for me in her hair factory. The initial insulation was a bit daunting as I did not know what to expect and was a bit worried I would be walking into a female salon or wig shop. I was wrong MWAH is well decorated and suitable for men and women. Simone and her fantastic team made em feel very comfortable and within minutes I felt very relaxed and at ease to discuss my male hair thinning which has caused me upset for many years. Simone showed me the various options for the unit, asked me questions about my life style and then took a mould of my head. We then discussed colours, texture of the hair and the overall look I wanted to achieve. 10 weeks later I have left mwah a hair loss clinic feeling ten years younger and feeling more confident in my appearance.

I had a full set of transformation connections done by Tina today and for the first time ever I left a salon feeling amazing. MWAH have an amazing and genuine warmth about them that I have never experienced before at a salon. All the ladies were so nice and the service and quality is second to none. 2 weeks ago I had the terrible news that I have to have radiotherapy on my brain tumors and will consequently lose some or all of my hair. In an effort to try and regain some control I decided to have my very long hair cut short. We looked at several salons, but the girls at MWAH were so knowledgeable and reassuring we decided that it was the best place for my first salon hair cut in 12 years.
On the day I was extremely nervous but my Mum and I were treated like super-stars. Tina worked a miracle on my hair and turned what could have been a traumatic episode into a truly fantastic experience.
I love my new hair and will be back there again soon for more pampering. And if your thinking that this must have cost the earth, think again, it was incredibly reasonable.

I have had two treatments now for my thinning hair and with the "prescribed" home follow up and beginning to see real results. Although I consider this to be a necessary treatment the lovely, friendly and professional staff make it feel like a luxurious treat each visit. I would (and have) recommend this to anyone who wants to improve the look of their hair :)

Had a great afternoon in the salon met Tina new stylist of MWAH. Lovely lady. Made me totally relaxed I went from a very blonde colour that was making me look older and greyer in face to a sutle blonde with warm brown tones. Look and feel a new woman. Then to top it all off had a great cut I left it in Tina's hands and she has done a long bob but shorter at back. I have naturally curly hair and it looks amazing straight or curly now.

Lovely to see the girls again for a Nioxin treatment and chat! As usual, I'm very happy with the result and impressed by the level of care given. Thanks Mwah team :)

I'm very happy with my Diamond wig it's just getting used to wearing one and all that goes with it in the first few weeks. The other synthetic hairpiece that I bought today is brilliant for sports and wearing at home when I take the other one off and my own hair looks particularly bad. Lisa has been fabulous, she is a very talented with everything to do with hair and wigs! In fact all the girls in Mwah are friendly and helpful!

Simone Thomas had a vision and she has turned it into reality where we can get preened and pampered by gorgeous staff who are professional, confidential and friendly. I have had my hair done since returning fro Egypt last year and have god knows how many amazing hair pieces!!!

I have been coming to MWAH Westbourne, Bournemouth for the last year to have my hair extensions. I had seen them advertising their new revolutionary Transformations Connection System and thought i would give it a go. I have been wearing hair extensions for 8 years and have tried them all and i have to say this system is the best on the market. The hair is fantastic quality and the system is by far the kindest to your hair. The team as highly trained and qualified, their knowledge is outstanding and their customer service 1st class! Highly recommend - and i dont mind the 150 mile round trip to get my hair done because i leave feeling thoroughly pampered! I also get my HD Brows done whilst there and they have worked wonders on my overplucked brows! Highly rate the whole team! Well done Simone and all the staff!

I had my hair coloured and blowdry at MWAH and I can't recommend them enough! Not only was I thrilled with my hair, the all round treatment I received was second to none. MWAH is a warm friendly salon with happy staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Coffee and chat was aplenty and I look forward to my next visit greatly. Thank you ladies!

I recently visited MWAH for a gents haircut and was extremely pleased with both the professionalism of the staff and my haircut. From start to finish the experience at MWAH was fantastic, i will definitely be booking in again for my haircuts and have no hesitation recommending this salon to any of my friends.
