I came across Simone Thomas when I was looking for a salon after my previous hairdresser stopped doing hairdressing. My first experience was really good. I had my colour matched and also had a trim and blow dry. All came out exactly how I wanted it. Kim, who looked after me, was very professional ( head massage was soo relaxing I almost fell asleep) and also very friendly. I would definitely recommend Simone Thomas salon to everyone looking for a quality experience.

This was my first experience at the Simone Thomas Salon and it was very positive. I was booked in for a waxing appointment and was greeted by Kelly at reception. She was friendly and very welcoming and let me know that she would be doing my waxing. It was the best and least painful waxing experience I have ever had. Visiting other salons I have been left very red and/or bruised and assumed it was just how I reacted to waxing. That did not happen to me at Simone Thomas, I was left with smooth skin and hardly any redness at all. I will definitely be returning for future appointments and would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to Danny for my fab haircut today. I have notoriously hard hair to manage and Danny did an amazing job and gave me lots of tips on how to do it myself at home. Really impressed thank you very much.

It's the 1st time I've been to your salon, and I'll definately be coming back again. I was a bit nervous as it was my 1st time getting eyebrows done, but the gentleman who greeted me at reception was very welcoming and we'll mannered, and the lady who done my eyebrows was excellent at her job and very good customer care, you have a excellent team here, and I will now become a regular client ????

Went on a whim to the new salon to see if I could get a full leg wax booked sometime. Was told I could come back within the hour! Greeted by Kelly... very knowledgeable beautician who kept me talking about my student life. Would definitely rate the presentation of the salon better than the last and the staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely return. In fact, I booked my hair appointment there and then.

Loved my visit today, I had a pamper session before I go away with family and booked in for a number of beauty treatments, bikini, brows and lip waxing, summer pedicure to give me new toe nails and beautiful hand manicure and acrylic nails and they are amazing great therapist and very professional. Stunning salon, lovely staff and amazing coffee, tea and drink selection bar. I have found my little piece of heaven

My first time at Simone Thomas Salon. Agnes and the other staff were all friendly and helpful. Agnes gave me some advice on how to look after my fine lashes. I took my daughter a week after to have her haircut. We love the interior and the location us very convenient. We might have found a salon we like.

My first time experience at Simone Thomas Salon, was absolutely stellar; the staff were friendly and welcoming and the Salon itself was easy to find.
Agnes was really helpful with regards my nails getting done for the first time acrylic; she offered helpful advice and suggested designs and colours for me which I must say, I was really happy with. Considering I'm a student, the price itself was certainly affordable.
The experience overall was worth every single penny.

After walking past I really like the look of the salon so I walked in and made an appointment. it looked very inviting.
I am very anxious and nervous getting good my hair cut but really enjoyed my visit and very happy with my cut. Kim took her time to understand what I wanted and felt like she took her to be to make sure I was comfortable and was happy with the cut.
I only have two very small don't want to say negatives but niggling views. I did notice a drink station with a selection of drinks but was not offered anything. Either when I was waiting or during my cut, would have been a nice touch. Also the price although not too expensive I did feel £42 for a wash and cut with no additional hair products used a little expensive.
Although saying that I will definitely return, be asking for Kim again :) and will recommend.

After years of abusing my hair with hair extensions and bleach, I was desperate for a solution that would give my hair a break and allow me to grow out the dye without compromising on my appearance. I was feeling a bit apprehensive about the notion of a 'wig' but Simone put me completely at ease and made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. I love my new hair; it's a beautiful colour and looks so natural and feels so light - completely undetectable as a wig! I am so looking forward to getting my natural hair back to how it used to be and feel confident that Simone and her team will be able to help me with this. Very good salon. Professional attitude. I had just walked out of another salon for keeping me waiting 25 mimutes and thought I would try the salon as it looked smart and the receptionist could fit me in to have my nails done. I tried shellac as opposed to my usual and was very pleased with the result..
Agnes was excellant and polite. I will go again. I especially liked the good quality coffee!

Hair loss
Thank you for your time, attention and advice in helping me choose and care for my new wig today. You gave me much needed confidence to deal with the hair loss part of chemotherapy.

It's been a long winter and time to get those feet out of the boots so I decided to visit Simine Thomas's salon for a pedicure. Greeted with a coffee and happy efficient staff. Pedicure itself was relaxing and very well done. Perhapd a little optimistic to ditch the boots for sandals yet but at least I have smooth soles and nicely painted nails ready for the sunshine! Job well done thank you! Would definitely recommend.

I was in for my birthday as a treat from my husband and I was well looked after. I started up stairs with kelly having a massage and micro facial, then offered lunch which as yummy, I then went down to the amazing hair floor which is beautiful to have a coloured gloss, cut and blow dry, followed by amazing new brows, nails and make up ready for my weekend away for my birthday, can't wait to come back and thank you to you all for making a 40 year old feel very special

I had my first weight loss treatment on Friday with Kelly at the salon and I noticed a difference by the next morning when I woke up

I am slim but have pockets of cellulite on the back of my legs, I exercise,e at week, don't drink, don't eat sugar or bad foods but still suffer. A friend of mine Dawn recommended me to the salon as she has had her face done for a face lift an now on her arms and belly for weight loss and she has had amazing result with inches coming off and still off six months later so I booked in. I booked for a trail session and now booked for six treatments. Thank you for a great first treatment which had great results

I was kept waiting a little while for my appointment but it was worth it as I had a lovely treatment for my itchy flaky scalp which smoothed it immediately and at the end I was shown the results. There was a massive difference in just one treatment! Danny gave a great blow dry and cut and was very polite. He listened and gave me a cut to exactly what I had asked for. Thank you!

First visit to your salon today. Spotlessly clean and staff very courteous. On line price list states children's hair cuts from £9,think £24.50 after 30% discount is pricey for an 8 year olds haircut.

I booked in for microdermabrasion with Kelly, from start to finish my treatment was great, I am very pleased with the results so far and cant wait to see even more good results! I've been going to Simone's salon since she opened, and am absolutely impressed with her staff, regardless of who she hires. The consistency of my colour, cuts and styling is outstanding and my favourite stylist, Tina is an absolute professional the likes of which you will not find anywhere else down here. The new salon is stunning. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, it's an absolute pleasure to spend a few hours in their company.

Everything was as I had wanted it. An excellent hair cut and some great advise. A beautiful looking salon which did not disappoint.

First time I've been there, booked for a haircut, my stylist, Hadley, was lovely and obviously passionate about her job. Not only did she do a great cut and dry but she also styled my hair, gave me care advice for free. I then had a free make up session which was a real treat. Atmosphere was lovely and all staff I met couldn't have been more welcoming. The service I had was worth way more than the amount I was charged! Thank you for an amazing pampering session!
