I went to the salon today for the first time, I would highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I felt completely at ease which was lovely as I was there for a hair loss treatment. Thank you and see you soon.

After having not been to a proper salon for years, I decided to go to Simone Thomas in Westbourne after reading all the really positive reviews. The staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk in , nothing was too much trouble. My appointment was with Kim who is one of the most professional people I have ever met. She listened to what I want I wanted and she took it from there. I am extremely happy with my hair and I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Kim ????

I walked by today to the salon to see if i could have an olaplex treatment. Ashleigh who did my hair is a lovely girl who gave me the treatment.She really looked after my hair she brushed it carefully and gave me a fantastic blow dry. I really loved having the treatment and will come again. Thanks Ashleigh your hair advice was great too.

A really discrete and helpful service for what can be quite an emotional and confronting experience.

Going to get my hair done is one of my most favourite things! I went to simone thomas salon today for a full head blonde ombre and I can not praise the girls enough!
Emma did my colour, she was so attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted, I asked her advice and she was more than helpful. Not only did I trust Emma completely with my hair I got exactly the look I wanted and I'm over the moon!
Georgie cut and blow dried my hair and again she listened to everything I said and I got exactly the finished look I wanted, wish I had been going out tonight, my hair has looked the best it's ever looked!
Both girls talked me through aftercare of colouring hair too and the range of aftercare products available was fantastic.
Overall, the salon delivers an expert and professional service. The team are so friendly and approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, it felt just like home.
If you haven't already tried Simone Thomas I strongly suggest you do, you won't ever be disappointed.

Simones is my favourite salon to go to. I usually have the same hairdresser, kim, and although i havnt been in over a year she remembered me and what i like. Shes lovely and i love my new hair.

I entered to see George today after noticing my hair has thinned considerably over a few months and worried it might be female pattern baldness George madesign me feel positive about my hair and looked under microscope at folicles and then a cleansing and hair growth treatment on my hair and said hair loss likely due to medication etc and said to go for a followup appointment in 2-3 months to see if it's getting better or worse to give better idea of cause etc. She also recommended nioxin shampoo and scalp conditioner which I have purchased from the salon to try. Overall I'm very happy with the service goergie provided and aftercare advice and I will be back for my review in a few months to see how it's progressing.

I had a haircut that was obviosly uneven and poorly cut. On contacting the salon ,I was made to feel that they were correcting it as a goodwill gesture .It appears the manager who I had spoken to hadn't informed the stylist of the problem before my return visit. After agreeing how poor the cut was she then had to cut it much shorter than i would have chosen .
Its fair to say she did make a good job of a very bad haircut ,but the whole experience was very uncomfortable.
Customer service is non existent and at no time was an apology offered .My experience has in no way resembled the Salon description that states "you,our client deserve excellent and exceptional service and should be treated as an individual and not just a number '

I had a visit to theSimone Thomas salon today for a Nioxin treatment. I was treated extremely well and felt very well looked after. Natalie who carried out the treatment is a lovely polite and genuinely considerate young lady and I was relaxed and in beautiful surroundings, I can't wait to go back!

My first time in the salon and came for a trainee evening. I with Ashley was really pleased with my colour and cut and blowdry and looked amazing afterwards and will definitely be back.

IMy first visit to this salon. Haircut was ok - nice stylist. However, booked my appointment whilst looking at the website. I spoke to a girl at the Westbourne salon and made an appointment with a senior stylist which was £55.00 - when I came to pay - I was charged £63 - I said I had booked a senior stylist which was £55 - the two girls disagreed with me and said this could not have happened as they do not have any senior stylists in Westbourne (so why advertise the fact they have on the website price list ????). I really objected to the insuation that I was not telling the truth. Eventually they decided that as it was my first (and last !) time at the salon they would give me a 20% discount - which so I paid £50 . Fine - except I object to having to argue about payment and not getting what I booked for and is advertised on their website. Not great customer service - a bit sharp I would say.

Transformed the way I felt about myself.

They give you time to think and make decisions.

Suffering from alopecia, buying a wig was the best thing I did. The advice I got and made a traumatic time much easier.
You don't feel they are trying to sell you something, all done at your pace.
Great advise, lovely people.

This was my first experience at Simones nothing was to much hassle and the cut was perfect . . I was given a hot towel for my conditioning treatment that was very relaxing. Overall was by far the best salon experience I have ever endured . Thanks guys xx

I have super curly hair and wanted advice about how to manage it, rather than just drying it straight!
Emma was honest and helpful. She gave me a beautiful hair cut and didn't try to oversell me products!

The girls listened to my concerns, thoughts and instructions. They gave their expert advice and where lovely and friendly.

Lovely salon, Emma, the colour specialist did my hair from start to finish and she was very attentive. Very happy with my hair and would not hesitate to return.

Today I had my highlights and cut done with Emma and it was great. Not only was she lovely but she listened to what I wanted but also offered great advise with photos of what she had done similar that would suit my hair. The first consultation I have ever had that made me feel listened to, respected and advised correctly by someone who really knows what she is doing. The end result was great, perfect colour and cut. ovely relaxing salon.

This is the second and last time I will go to this salon, I went in and wanted balyage but was advised against this because I could end up with my hair leaving in a bag, so I respected that, I had previously showed my hairdresser what I wanted as I like cool ash blonde so she advised me to have a Toner,so to lighten my hair up and I've had toners before and averaged about 20 mins,well 5 mins is all I had to wait for this to take!!so I thought great they obv use a different one, ha wrong so to cut a long story short, I wasn't listened to, and was given a terrible blow dry which I also said I didn't need as I didn't have plans but was ignored then charged for it and then sat there and listened to the so called hairdresser that I got the grey look that I showed her in a pic it wasn't even grey. it's awful I'm so dissapointed as I left darker than when I walked in.

Just got home from having my hair cut, and coloured by Alicia. I dread having my hair done, but this was actually a pleasurable experience!

Excellent consultation to begin with, A listened to what I wanted, and delivered with aplomb.

Calm, relaxed, tranquil salon ambience. Excellent products, very good value!

I booked in on Friday for a full head of balayage highlights, a cut and blow dry, and Olaplex treatment, and Alisha was my stylist. Firstly, appearances do count, as hairdressers are in the business of making us feel good about how we look. I was really impressed with the appearance of the salon, varnished wood flooring, lovely mirrors and walls painted in a beautiful deep sage green/French grey colour. Everyone at the salon was friendly and very professional, first-rate, I felt really looked after during my appointment, I had such a nice time at the salon I really enjoyed the whole experience. My hair was washed with Davines shampoo and conditioner, an organic brand that I'd not heard of, that smelt heavenly.. Like an English summer garden. I liked it so much I bought some on my way out! I enjoyed a coffee and some biscuits while reading magazines, later on I was offered from a selection of cool drinks from the salon fridge as it was a warm afternoon. (Little touches like this

Great haircut from a really friendly hairdresser. I was quite nervous because I had only been to a salon a couple of times before and she immediately made me feel at ease. Unfortunately didn't catch her name.

This salon is fab and Georgie can work wonders with my wild frizzy hair! She really listens when I'm having a problem with my hair shedding and remembers all the things from my previous appointments. She gives great advice too on hair loss and hair care. I left the salon yesterday with some lovely bouncy curls and a fantastic cut - my hair felt really different and came back to life after leaving it far too long! Thank you Georgie! :-)

The Nioxin scalp treatment is amazing and leaves your head feeling so clean and it always gives my hair growth a little boost when I've had it done.

All the girls in the salon are fab and so friendly. I've had my colour done by Kim a few times and have always been so pleased with the finish. These girls are like hair magicians!!
The salon itself is a lovely set up too and I always feel so relaxed while I'm there.

This was my first time visiting Simone Thomas. I went in with reddish brown hair and left with beautiful caramel blonde. Kim was knowledgable, confident and very patient, packing loads of fine highlights in my hair. I'll certainly be back!

Good hair cut and felt relaxed

So impressed with this Salon. Staff were all friendly and always checking if I wanted a drink etc. My hair is realy thick and was feeling quite dry. Alisha coloured, washed, cut and blow dried my hair (with an amazing conditioning treatment).She was fantastic, I cannot believe the difference.... I really have walked out with different hair! It feels and looks incredible.

Without a doubt the best salon I have been to! Ashleigh is a brilliant stylist, I went from long hair to a bob today - mainly due to hair loss after pregnancy, I was nervous about having it all cut off, but thanks to her expertise I left the salon feeling a million dollars! I must say that my life has taken an amazing shift after my experience at Simone Thomas Salon. I do give credit to myself for my hard work but i believe what i have achieved in these two years is the result of the new confidence given to me by Simone and its Team. My improved social standing and success in being a public figure in several academic and societal areas is linked with my new personality and enhanced self-confidence given to me by the Simone Thomas Salon. I just love the environment of the salon, which is very friendly and welcoming. For me 'Quality' matters far more than the 'Price' and the best part is that the salon understands the individual needs of every client, who are all treated in a different way, which best suits their satisfactory level and personal requirements. I think this is something that makes this Salon stand out from other salons along with their elite class services and supreme quality. I love the hair styling which is done by Kim Moody.

I've been to this salon 3 times to have my hair done and am delighted every time. Whole head of Olaplex with cut and blow dry. Kim did an amazing job and I can't see me going anywhere else.

I walked in with fraying ends and a set of yellowish highlights with very obvious roots. After Kim listened to my concerns, she offered solutions and I soon had a classy, ashy set of highlights with beautifully blended roots. She managed to improve the shape of my hair while being mindful of the fact I was reluctant to lose length. Overall, very pleased ????

Visited Simone for the first time on Friday and had aFab experience,I arrived late and expected to have lost my slot, but the staff were very friendly and Kim cut my hair and I'm thrilled with it. Will definitely be going back and looking for an offer on Elite Living. The salon is very relaxed and lovely decor. I had lots of lovely comments on my cut last night!
