I must admit to being nervous about having my hair colour changed.. I had got fed up with the yellow brassy tones in my blonde coloured hair.. but Emma the colourist put me at ease and talked me through the whole process.
She did a full head colour with a darker ash and blonde highlights..
I am absolutely delighted.. even my husband actually noticed for once and says it's the best colour I've had in 30 years????
Also she did a great cut and blow dry.

After my ombré was changed despite not asking for it, to uneven poorly done highlights, I messaged Simone Thomas. They phoned almost immediately and got me in for a consultation and then for an appointment within days! They are amazing, understood exactly what I had originally wanted and fixed my bad white patches to a soft blonde ombré. Such good value for money as well!

What a wonderful experience Georgina was fantastic a real pleasure to meet. There was not hard selling spoke truthfully, and gave me her honest opinions, which was truely appreciated. I am so glad I made an appointment.

Anyone who is suffering from hair loss should go and see what they can offer - I would strongly recommend this salon (especially Georgina).

Emma took the time to listen to what I wanted to do with my hair versus what actually could be done with it or what would suit me. The end result of the balyage is really natural & blended whilst giving me a fresh summer look. I'm really pleased with the end result & the restyle she did too, overall a really good experience! I only marked down the atmosphere as there weren't that many people there so hard to rate it.

Had my hair coloured today by Erica and then blow dried by Emma . Very happy with colour and service I revived from the salon . Both did a great job and are both very friendly and lovely stylists . Would defiantly recommend this salon and will be returning . X

I had a lovely experience at Simone Thomas today, the lovely Kim did my hair. She was very attentive, and interested in what I wanted. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the beginning.

I am a bit if a salon floater and only chose this one because they had a really good deal however I think I will now be back. Hair looks absolutely amazing, just like the picture I brought in, the atmosphere was great really chilled out and you don't feel like you are on a conveyor belt of clients. I can't remember the name of the person who did my hair but she was really friendly and great to chat to. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends.

This is my first experience using this salon and it's always a difficult choice as to where to go after using the same stylist for a long time.
I'm very happy to say that I made a good choice!

This was my first visit to Simone Thomas Salon and I was made to feel welcome the second I walked through the door.

I'd booked to have a synthetic wig trimmed, as the ends were getting a little tired. Georgie did an excellent job and also layered the sides a little to get rid of a bit of "weight". The end result was brilliant!

Georgie also advised me on how to care for my wigs and gave lots of tips on "do's and dont's".

Professional and friendly staff, excellent value for money and beautiful surroundings.

This was my first visit to Simone Thomas Salon and I was made to feel really welcome the second I walked through the door. I'd booked to have a synthetic wig trimmed and tidied by Georgie, and have to say that she did an amazing job, trimming off dried ends and taking a little "weight" off of the sides. All the time, she was advising me on how to care for synthetic wigs and how to get the most from them. Georgie really is amazing at her job, besides being so very warm and friendly. The salon carries a wide range of wigs, both synthetic and human hair, which can be styled to suit the client. I will definitely be returning for another head of hair in the not too distant future!

I came into the salon with light brown dead hair that had been died too much and had gone a greenish colour and I have come out the salon the happiest girl! My hair looks and feels amazing, the staff are lovely and I am so pleased with everything overall.

After having a friendly consultation with Emma at the Westbourne branch, I had my root colour/toner/cut and blow dry today. From the first step in the door I was greeted with a lovely cup of tea and had 5* Service the whole time. Extremely happy with my new hair do! Thank you

Amazing service by Kim, I know it sounds terrible, but I'm sure her name was Kim, has a boyfriend called Jack. She was confident and reassuring - I've had so many disasters I was really nervous - I didn't need to be, I love my colour, it's exactly what I wanted and will definitely go back, in fact I'm thinking I want Kim to cut my hair too. We did have a giggle, which I also didn't expect either, fantastic and lovely person.

I've been going to Kim at Simone Thomas for some months and always look forward to it. Not only is she good at listening and coming up with intelligent suggestions but she always creates a terrific end result and is really good to have a proper chat with. So overall an excellent experience and Ive been getting a few compliments about my hair. I am happy to recommend the salon for comfort and environment and definitely recommend Kim for a great cut and blow dry.
