We are a multi award winning hair hairdressers in Bournemouth with award winning stylists. Our hair directors, stylists & colour specialists are highly skilled in the latest techniques to offer outstanding technical and creative excellence.

Our award winning hairdressers and hair loss clinic is renowned for offering the best in cutting, styling and colouring all types of hair, including fitting high quality tape in hair extensions.

We are proud to offer the finest salon professional products, which include the award winning Davines and Olaplex . The William Guy hair salon services include:

- Colour Services including full and half head colour, highlights and balayage .

Our hair loss specialists/ Trichologist is highly qualified and skilled in the latest hair loss treatments and knowledgeable in many hair loss conditions, including:

- Alopecia
- Telogen Effluvium
- Trichotillomania
- Female & Male Pattern Baldness

Please note: We require clients to have a patch test for any colour service a minimum of 48 hrs before appointments, these will need to be updated every 3 months. Appointments cannot go ahead without this.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or no-show for an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment value. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced.

I had my hair cut & coloured this morning & can’t express how happy I am with the outcome. The colour has gone from a brassy blonde to a natural golden blonde with copper tones. The cut I had feels amazing & my fingers now glide through the curls. People normally cut too much off & it springs up but Ashley trimmed the perfect amount. The condition of my hair feels soft & shiny & it’s the first time I have ever liked my hair when I leave a hairdressers, I normally go home & restyle it! Thanks to Simone Thomas & her amazing staff team ❤️

I cannot put into words how amazing Erica is. From the minute I walk into Simone Thomas I have always been so well looked after.
I am hair cut phobic, I have always been afraid of having my hair cut since a bad experience that ruined my hair 15 years previously. Erica is so friendly, she always puts me at ease. She takes her time to do such a superb job. She puts her all into looking after you, and I can honestly say when she cuts my hair I don't sit there holding my hands tight any more, dreading the outcome. She has only cut my hair twice, but I will keep coming back to her because of how wonderful she is with me and other clients. She offers good advice and always has your best interests and needs in mind.
Erica deserves recognition for the excellent work she does. By the time I leave the salon my hair is perfect, and I feel completely relaxed.

I couldn't recommend James enough! I didn't want much length off, he kept to my request whilst getting rid of those awful ends. The end result style and blow dry was amazing! To top it off you get drinks hot/cold/wine! and a treat during your treatment. Will be going back thanks James :)

This was my third visit to this lovely salon. I have my hair coloured monthly and cut every other month. I have been so impressed every time, my colour was mixed to a perfect shade for my colouring on my first appointment and it never fails. Today I was coloured and styled by Ashleigh who was so lovely and very knowledgable about the best way to care for my very thick curly hair. She did a beautiful blow dry which made me feel transformed. I have always had the best service here on every occasion with also Sophie and Lauren who are also amazing . Sharelle is also a star and so sweet. I would recommend with out any doubt this friendly ,happy and expert salon. The best.

This was my first appointment at the salon and James made me feel very welcome. He listened to my very vague ramblings about what I want or not want and actually managed to make sense of it! I asked for just a bit of a fresher look rather than a re-style, and absolutely loved what he did.

He also offered great advice on how to better care for my hair and came up with ideas on where to go with sorting out some issues I have with my current hair colour (pesky greys!)

Very much looking forward to my next appointment - I will gladly recommend bookint James to anyone.

Long overdue review! Have been coming here for just over a year now. Started with Vanessa who was amazing and when she left to have her beautiful baby she handed me over to Paula who is equally amazing. Always delivering a great cut and colour. Had a memorable visit at Xmas with wine and mince pie delivered by Lisa who is a sheer delight at front of house. Just wanted to mention also the young girl doing her apprenticeship (? Sophie) she did a great head massage this visit. Always feel very well looked after here.

We are proud to offer the finest salon professional products, which include the award winning Davines and Olaplex . The William Guy hair salon services include:

Our hair loss specialists/ Trichologist is highly qualified and skilled in the latest hair loss treatments and knowledgeable in many hair loss conditions, including:

- Alopecia
- Telogen Effluvium
- Trichotillomania
- Female & Male Pattern Baldness

Please note: We require clients to have a patch test for any colour service a minimum of 48 hrs before appointments, these will need to be updated every 3 months. Appointments cannot go ahead without this.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or no-show for an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment value. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced.
