I've just come home from having a wig fitted and styled by Erica. I can't thank her enough. She knew what I wanted and I only needed to try on 3 wigs before I made my final choice. She then carefully styled it to make it look more natural and it looked like my usual hair would have after a cut and style!!!
I thought the process of choosing a wig during my cancer treatment would be stressful and upsetting but I felt completely at ease and that I was being well looked after. I felt a bit more like my old self when I left the salon.

I was lucky enough to be a Jennifer and got my hair cut and blow dry during the Oct offer. James the stylist was fantastic and very attentive and I was very impressed with my hair cut and experience of him. At the end I was slightly disappointed that a lady with longish dark hair at front of house / tidying up was rushing him due to a VIP client waiting. I overheard the conversation and although I understand the VIP client is a higher priority I would advise that maybe ensure clients do not hear these comments as it made me leave feeling slightly sorry for James who likely wanted to see me off and he wanted to take an after photo and also made me feel that I was a lot less important - especially when you may have got repeat business from me in the future or recommended the salon to others.

I've been coming to Simone Thomas for several years, and it is the most FANTASTIC salon ever! Such a great atmosphere, beautifully decorated and lovely, lovely friendly staff. Georgie has been doing my hair extensions for years and I would never go anywhere else and recommend her to all my friends. I left the salon today after having a fresh set put in, and I am totally over the moon. I know how hard Georgie worked to get an exact colour match and it is perfect. She always goes above and beyond and is a total star. Thank you also to Sophie who gave my natural hair the most beautiful colour. A first class team, thank you Simone Thomas!

A truly wonderful experience that triggered all the senses; from the fabulous smell of candles, soothing music, tasty tea (with posh biscuits), friendly and knowledgeable staff that genuinely cared & considered my needs, relaxing hair wash with head massage and leaving with a lovely cut & bouncy blow dry. The attention to detail to create such a beautiful atmosphere is like no salon I’ve seen before... It felt like a Spa for my hair....!

What a wonderful promotion & such clever marketing, never been so pleased to be named Jennifer.... well done and thank you Simone Thomas. Special shout out to James & Sophie for transforming my ‘mum hair’, not making me feel rushed or stressed and basically just being brilliant. I look forward to coming back.

Fab service - Sophie really understands how my hair misbehaves and yet is able to work her magic and make it look fabulous. I’ve had lovely cuts and blow dries with Sophie and an amazing full balayage which everyone commented on... looking forward to the full head balayage for my next visit as I know she’ll make it look amazing! I'm blonde so wanted my roots doing also wanted to add a bit of extra colour....pink. and a trim. The results is AMAZING, absolutely love it. I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done. Very impressed with the Salon, very nice atmosphere.

I recently had my hair my Erica and could not get my hair done with anyone else again! She was attentive and took her time to make sure my hair was perfect! I left the salon looking and feeling amazing! Everyone in the salon was so friendly and made me feel so welcome! I will definitely be back!

I was told about this salon and wanted a good experience so I looked at prices and thought I'd put 150 aside to treat myself. Usually more than I would pay but I work hard so I thought what the hell go for it. I got full head high lites and some conditioning treatment for an extra £20, I thought when I was asked if I wanted it cut it would be in with the price as I literally got a millimeter off and my fringe trimmed when I got to till I was told £212 I was pretty shocked as the cut was an extra £70 if I knew that I wouldn't of bothered , it has left me in shock truth be known and yes my hair is brighter but not £212 worth . sorry I will not be coming back , I expect that price at a top salon in London not westbourne high st. Be careful of what you ask for and ask how much ....

It was my first time at Simone Thomas and I had a wash, cut and blow dry. Really happy with the cut, Jo took the time to discuss what I wanted and showed pictures before cutting it to make sure she got it right, and curled my hair at the end! Customer service was great, I even got a glass of Prosecco whilst having my hair done. Lovely relaxed atmosphere!

Had a last minute blow dry before I go on holiday , told the stylist I was in a rush as needed to get to airport . She did a really good job at blow drying my hair so quick but still giving me the best style . Had a lovely coffee and snack too the staff were very friendly .

I’ve had full colour, cut and blow dry done and effect is amazing ! Sharelle is very professional and put attention into details. I couldn’t be happier with the result and definitely will be back ! :)

Excellent experience at Simone Thomas in Westbourne Erica is an expert in curly hair I felt relaxed and confident in her abilities and the salon was a delightful experience all round !

Great cut and blow dry from an experienced and talented professional. Very pleased with the quality and care taken over my hair. It looks fabulous!
Salon admin service was a bit fuzzy due to staff sickness, but was sorted and despite a short wait, worked out well for my hair.

Having undergone quite a bit of hair loss, Erica did a superb job of styling my hair. New hairstyles are meant to make you feel better about yourself, this certainly did make me feel better.

After visiting many good award winning salons in London and in this area over the years I have to say that the new Colour specialist Jo is one of the best I have ever seen. She is naturally brilliant at what she does and we are lucky to have her now in Westbourne team of this lovely salon !

I'd been putting off doing something about my thinning hair for ages as it's all very daunting. Anyway, I needn't have worried and I'm so glad I came to this salon. Georgie immediately put me at ease, listened to my concerns and talked through options. We decided a human hair topper would be the best solution for me. I was able to try different ones to see what would blend with my natural hair. Georgie took the trouble to order some others that weren't in stock to make sure we picked the best match. I had a follow up appointment a week later to be certain of my choice. Georgie carefully trimmed it and I had a tutorial on fitting and aftercare. All in all a very friendly, unrushed and professional service. I'm so happy with my new look. It's a very subtle transformation, just looks like I now have great hair.

I was a model for a training day and had a truly fantastic experience. They had guidance the entire time and I always felt completely safe. My hair is incredible. They had a lot to work with, I have damaged hair through having dyed my hair so much with a lot of different colours, but they did the best job. Such a natural look and I felt totally pampered. Will definitely be going back to get my hair done there from now on. Thank you all!
