Michelle sorted me out with the best balayage I’ve had - I went in for a post-lockdown roots fix up and she exceeded my expectations, picked a blonde that suits me and I felt like my hair was dyed to look good for me - not just another bleaching!

I had my hair transformation today with Michelle. I'm absolutely over the moon. She did such a fantastic job and my hair is exactly the colour I'd wished for. The whole experience was so relaxing. Such a lovely salon. Thank you so much Michelle. Really looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my first time at the Simone Thomas salon and I was a very pleasant experience. Sharelle was great. She made me feel extremely comfortable in the salon and worked with me to get my desired look. I can honestly say my hair has never looked so great. She is an asset to the salon.

Absolutely brilliant advice was given to try and help me repair the hair I have. With many conditions I have, the main bring calcium deficient, my hair wasn’t doing too good. Got the cut done yesterday and haven’t put it up since. Loving it. Usually couldn’t wear it down due to how thick it was but now it’s perfect. Will definitely be coming back to get it re done. I’m amazed

My first time at the salon. I wanted a change of style and asked Paula about my ideas about bob hairstyles. She knew what i wanted and that the cut would work with my fine hair. Very happy with Paula and my cut. A bit pricey for me but i will be back for Paula cutting my hair.

This was my first time at the salon as we moved here during lockdown .
Always a nerve racking experience choosing a new salon and a new stylist.
However they were lovely, and Paula did a fab cut baring in mind the last cut was December 10th. Very pleased and have booked in for highlights.. Thus salon is more expensive than previous which was in Surrey so surprised but worth it?

Sophie was incredible. She listened to my specific requests and surpassed what I had imagined my hair would like like. It was my first time at Simone Thomas and I left the salon (for the first in a very very long time) exceptionally pleased with bouncy happy curly hair! Everyone within the salon was lovely and made my visit very comfortable (made me feel very at relaxed), the atmosphere was calm and salon felt very clean! Exceptional- will definitely be recommending this salon to others (especially any curly haired friends)!

My experience with this salon has been fantastic. I am made to feel welcome and comfortable which is made harder by the current pandemic but hasn't affected their professionalism.
Ashleigh as done an amazing job with my hair. When i first saw her it was dry brittle and in desperate need of TLC!! Now however it has shine strength and thickness! I couldn't be happier.. I Highly recommend this salon :-)

Michelle was welcoming and very pleasant throughout. She did a really good job on my hair, and checked as she went that I was happy with it.

First time at the salon as I usually visit Robin James in Poole. However, I was hugely impressed with the cut Michelle gave me. It is beautifully done and I have received so many compliments in the last 24 hours. Will definitely book my next appointment with her

Always delighted to have Georgie cut and style my hairpiece. She is very highly skilled and gave me great advice about hairpiece options and styles at the start. I also really liked that I was initially allowed to try on different hairpieces just to get a feel for what it looked like on me. There was absolutely no pressure to proceed if I didn't want. Superb service in a beautiful salon.

Just one thing which only came apparent after I rushed back to the car. A small area on the top/side of my hair had a small clump of uneven hair compared to the opposite side. I know Sophie was really busy and we both agreed it looked even at the time. So next time we both need to be more vigilant

Sharelle was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen and really understand what kind of haircut I wanted. She was patient and adjusted my haircut to perfection. The salon is perfectly set up to cope with covid regs. Besides which the makeover allows for a lovely relaxing experience in delightful surroundings.

For me Paula is the perfect hairdresser. Really listens to what you want, a great cutter and friendly.

Lauren’s cuts are always perfect! She’s a great stylist and I always trust her advice. I’d recommend Lauren to anyone. Kim (Salon Manager) is also excellent - friendly and quick to respond to any queries. A very good salon!

My 7 year old daughter was booked in for the first time with this salon. Holly was made to feel very special and she felt at ease which is a rarity as she does not normally like the fuss of getting her hair cut and was initially very apprehensive. Every one went over above for Holly and the final result was unbelievable too. I have never seen her hair in such a great condition.

This was my first visit to Simone Thomas after a friend had recommended them to me. I’ve recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and I wanted to start looking for wigs straight away to prepare for hair loss. Covid standards were stringent which was very reassuring. We went upstairs to a more private area of the salon. Vanessa was lovely and welcoming and talked me through the whole process. She let me try on as many wigs as I wanted and reassured me every step. It’s a very emotional time and I felt at ease and optimistic about how I will feel in a wig. I’ve always had long hair and I was very anxious about it. I would highly recommend Simone Thomas to anyone that finds themselves in the same situation as me.

Sharelle is a brilliant hairdresser! She transformed my hair taking it back to it’s natural colour. All the staff are friendly and thoughtful and I always look forward to my next visit.

I have been coming to Simone's lovely Hair Salon for a number of years now and have witnessed Sharelle from a trainee to the excellent stylist she is now!

She has a gift with colouring but also excellent at blowdrying and cutting.

I had my Keratase treatment with Sharelle also and she provided excellent customer service and I was very pleased! She is a top Hair stylist which has been nurtured by this quality ethical Hair Salon.

Sophie is in training at the moment, but already I trust hair with my next hair cut. I have challenging hair-(although the Keratase treatment I have at the salon is excellent! ) and Sophie always gives my an excellent blowdry, and with her lovely manner I am sure she is an excellent adfition to this Quality Hair Salon.

I’m so grateful for Georgie for helping me through a difficult time and providing a professional , personal service.
