Love this salon. All staff lovely and I trust Michelle's expertise and advice.

Had my hair done at the salon for a wedding…. The salon was lovely & the staff were super friendly & welcoming. We had come down from London & were bridesmaids for our friends wedding, we showed Sophie a picture of what we wanted & she didn’t let us down! Our hair was perfect & stayed in all day & night. Would totally recommend the salon & Sophie & wish we didn’t live so far as would use as my hairdressers for sure. Thanks again girls :) xx

From initial consultation to coming in for my haircut, Ashleigh was extremely welcoming and friendly and instantly put me at ease. We devised a plan and couldn’t wait to get started.
From start to finish, I was informed of every stage that was happening, and checked upon to make sure I was okay.
Ashleigh packed in soo many foils to make me blonde again, and this is just stage 1. I can’t wait to come back in 8 weeks and to be even more blonder.
She has got rid of the majority of red that I had left in my hair and turned me into a beautiful peacock.
I haven’t had anything done to my hair since 2018, so was well overdue and nervous. But I can say hand on heart, I have found a fabulous hairstylist that understands my hair needs, and cant wait to be a regular client.
You have boosted my confidence so much, and made me feel like my old self before the kids came along.
Ashleigh you are extremely talented, and an absolute gem. I’m glad I took advantage of the new client colour offer and found you!
The salon is very clean, welcoming and very hot on sanitising with current Covid restrictions. I haven’t stopped talking about Simone Thomas since.

I haven’t had my hair done in a year so it was well overdue some TLC. I saw Ashleigh who did an amazing job. Ashleigh is so lovely to talk to and make sure I was comfortable at all times.

I was very blonde and wanted to go slightly darker. Sophie did an amazing job, she created a root stretch which I love. Darker on roots with some blonde towards the ends, exactly what I asked for. Thank you.

Heard about Simone Thomas and the great job they did helping someone transition to their natural grey. Went for a consult, Ashleigh was brilliant, didn’t pull any punches, said it won’t be quick, that I have to be patience, as it will take some time overall. By the time I had the appointment, I had also made my mind up to start from ground zero, and have my long hair also cut off, to a short style, this was a spanner in the works from me, but they were so helpful and Michelle stepped in to cut my hair into a great style. I thought I would hate going from brunette to light on my journey to grey, but Ashleigh did a great job with the colouring, so between Michelle and her, walked out sort of happy but as I’ve got used to it, loving the style and looking forward to going to my natural hair colour of grey, I little bit gracefully. Can’t thank them enough

I moved to the Dorset area 2 years ago.. and have been wearing wigs for a while now (following chemotherapy a few years before) and finding Simone Thomas Salon and the amazing stylist Georgie on my doorstep was an absolute bonus!.. Georgie has since styled several of my wigs (the most recent this morning). She has such a lovely nature and her expertise/knowledge of wigs is second to none..

First time going to Simone Thomas Salon. Ashleigh knew exactly how I wanted my hair done and I love the result. My hair looks amazing, I will definitely be coming back again. Hugely enjoyable experience!

After taking hormone suppressant medication following breast cancer and suffering hair thinning ,I was feeling quite despondent! Having spoken to Vanessa who listened and discussed my issues and came up with ideas about products and supplements , I left the salon feeling so much better. Thank you so much Vanessa, would recommend anyone feeling unsure to make a appointment.

I managed to snag a last minute appointment today with Lauren. Lauren did an amazing cut and blow dry of exactly what I requested. The products she used smelt and look fantastic and she made time to talk me through some shampoos and conditioners that would be suited to my hair. The salon itself is gorgeous, very light and airy, and I felt very covid safe. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming, overall a wonderful experience! After leaving my hair to grow wild over lockdown, Michelle did an amazing job getting my hair back into a lovely layers and style. Really good cut, very happy with result.

Lovely wash, cut and blow dry felt so nice to be back in a salon after lockdown. Also found out reason behind my hair thinning/loss was very knowledgeable and understanding.

Visited the salon for advice on hair styles colour etc. Both Valerie and Georgie gave me all their expertise on different options. Will be tryinging them out next time. Watch this space!

I was happy with The consultation and the colour work done by Sharelle. The salon is beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing but customer service on the phone and at front desk can be quite blunt and unfriendly. I’ve had this several times when dealing with this salon that always puts me off. Also the price for PPE is quite expensive given that they are quite cheap to buy in shops. I was also quite shocked that I was still charged for rough blow dry after my colour even though I left the salon with wet hair (didn’t have time to stay longer to finish the blow dry).

Having never been to the salon before I was a little apprehensive. My hair needed some TLC and I finally found a salon that offered an intensive conditioning treatment. Michelle was lovely! She put me at ease straight away and was an absolute pleasure to be with. The salon is very friendly and relaxed and I came out feeling amazing! The best I have felt in years, literally. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Michelle but she was awesome.

I had my hair cut and blow dried with Sophie today and she’s literally amazing, I love my hair so much. I have really difficult hair to style and have never had a blow dry as good as this before. Sophie is lovely and super professional too, as are the rest of the team at Simone Thomas. Thank you! X

I had a Lovely time with Sharelle, the effort and the care is just amazing. I have a very long thick hair, which is a hard work to wash and esp to blow dry ( I even rarely do it myself coz I know how exhausting it takes) but she aced it, and finished up with a beach curls. I felt really well looked after. Loved all of it! Huge thank you! ❤️

The most wonderful experience, after a year without a hairstyle, Michelle came to my rescue and I came out from the salon feeling and looking great. She gave me lots of advice on my hair as it is quite thin and wispy having had had chemo 3yrs ago. Whole ambience was amazing.
