I went for the first time to this salon Simone Thomas the lady in front desk make me feel very welcome the stylist girl was very nice but I apologise for forget her name (sorry) yeah I had a good impression so I have my first appointment for February 1st

Michelle gave me sound advice on what hairstyles would suit me and my hair as well as showing me accessories that will help me style it more easily.

Sharelle did me an absolutely beautiful half-head natural looking balayage and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only is Sharelle very good at what she does but she put me at ease and is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The rest of the staff I interacted with are helpful and accommodating and the salon itself is lovely.

I absolutely love having Georgie do my hair. Always a great result s as nd she is so lovely!

Michelle is so amazing. I am so happy with my hair. After so long having box dye from lockdown, my hair was looking lank and soo dark. Michelle gave me a curly cut and a balayage, but not too drastic, it's easy to maintain, so shiny! She is so nice and very easy to chat with.

Another amazing colour from Michele lots of wonderful commmets from friends and family. Also a relaxing experience and looked after by the staff

I am an ex customer and have now been able to return and wow I am so impressed. Sophie coloured and cut my hair earlier this week and popped in Saturday for a pre party blow dry. It's been lovely and felt welcomed.

Friendly, professional, customer focused a lovely experience

Yet again I’ve been so delighted with Sharelle. She really does listen and guides you through the processes happening with the hair. Delighted with the balayage and even though this is a new toner brand, I think it’s really lovely. We will see how it lifts going forward but I’m totally confident that it will look fab, just like the last one I had with her! Thank you! ☺️

I’ve only recently moved to the area but have struck the jackpot with finding this salon and particularly Sharelle. She is the most talented hair stylist and is amazing with colour. She’s given me the hair I have always wanted to have. Can’t recommended her highly enough. The whole salon experience is very special too. Thank you Sharelle.

I was quoted a price over the phone. This was not what I was charged as an “extra” £3.00 was charged for PPE. It was wrong not to tell me about this charge when I booked. It was also surprising as I have never encountered such a charge in any other salon. I was masked at all times, but there were no dividers between chairs and between basins which is what I am used to. I was not entirely comfortable with this.

Thank you so much for the perfect experience. I was warmly greeted and taken great care of by the lovely receptionist before meeting my stylist, Michelle. I love the cut she did on my hair. She really listened and was so professional. I immediately felt confident that I was in good hands. Managed to get a last minute slot with Michelle for a blow dry, beautiful salon, so friendly and welcoming. Great blow dry left feeling a bit more glamorous.

My hair is the best it has looked in ages since going to Simone Thomas Salon last week! Sharelle did my colour and she really listened to what I was hoping for, talked me through how we’d get that result and made me understand the process. The colour is so gorgeous and blends so seamlessly with my roots. Georgie did my extensions and she’s just so talented! The quality of this hair and the way Georgie placed them and cut them in makes it feel like it’s my natural hair just better! Overall I’m so happy and would recommend this salon to anyone!

As someone at the beginning of their transition I was extremely nervous about my appointment. There really was no need though as right from the initial phone call I was put at ease.

Georgie was so lovely and professional throughout. I had an initial appointment in which she helped select a number of wigs, which were ordered in for me to try later in the week.

I ended up going for two wigs, with both having a trim which also added to the whole salon experience, something I’d never had before.

My wife came with me to the appointment and also found Georgie to be so welcoming and put her at ease too.

I can’t recommend the salon enough and in particular Georgie! Whilst I don’t live locally I wouldn’t hesitate in making a return visit when I need to in the future!

First time at this welcoming luxurious salon and looking forward to my next visit. Georgie was very informed and gave me lots of tips on my hair condition. A very professional service.
