Had a really nice time when I had my hair system fitted with Georgia and Vanessa I hope I got the names right. Brilliant service and brilliant cut! Can't fault anything.

First trim and tidy up since finishing chemo and Michelle was wonderful. I was instantly put at ease and we talked through how to style my hair going forward. I couldn’t be happier with the result and can’t wait to go back.

Just had my initial consultation with Sharelle. Faultless. Immediately put me ease (hello lockdown box dyes!) and gave me a thorough consultation on the best way forward to achieve my desired new balayage locks. Sharelle listened to every word, I have full confidence in her and can’t wait to visit next week. Such a welcoming, friendly and professional experience. I was lucky enough to meet and have a quick chat to Kim too. Thank you ladies for creating such a warm, social and welcoming atmosphere.

I made an last minute appointment for help to put my hair up in a clip for a wedding but Sharelle gave me an updo I didn’t even know I really wanted. It was casual and informal and stayed in place until the dancing finished and we went home after a very busy day. So happy!

Sharelle is fab! An excellent colourist. She worked well with my existing colour to tidy up my low maintenance balayage. Neat cut and lovely beachy wave finish.

Brilliant advice and consultation. will be returning shortly for fitting

What a find ! I felt in such safe hands. Georgie was empathetic, sympathetic, professional and thorough. The feed bay was open and honest and I really appreciated that .

I get my hair blow dried and curled weekly at the salon. Ashleigh always does a great job with my hair and it lasts for days.

Sophie gave me some really good advice and made me feel confident about the colour I chose to have!

Unable to provide me with what I wanted. Was too embarrassed to say again I wasn’t happy with what they did. Not worth the money. Will not be returning.

I love the way she has cut my wig, she has given it a new life.

Had my hair done at the salon for a wedding…. The salon was lovely & the staff were super friendly & welcoming. We had come down from London & were bridesmaids for our friends wedding, we showed Sophie a picture of what we wanted & she didn’t let us down! Our hair was perfect & stayed in all day & night. Would totally recommend the salon & Sophie & wish we didn’t live so far as would use as my hairdressers for sure. Thanks again girls :) xx

From initial consultation to coming in for my haircut, Ashleigh was extremely welcoming and friendly and instantly put me at ease. We devised a plan and couldn’t wait to get started.
From start to finish, I was informed of every stage that was happening, and checked upon to make sure I was okay.
Ashleigh packed in soo many foils to make me blonde again, and this is just stage 1. I can’t wait to come back in 8 weeks and to be even more blonder.
She has got rid of the majority of red that I had left in my hair and turned me into a beautiful peacock.
I haven’t had anything done to my hair since 2018, so was well overdue and nervous. But I can say hand on heart, I have found a fabulous hairstylist that understands my hair needs, and cant wait to be a regular client.
You have boosted my confidence so much, and made me feel like my old self before the kids came along.

I haven’t had my hair done in a year so it was well overdue some TLC. I saw Ashleigh who did an amazing job. Ashleigh is so lovely to talk to and make sure I was comfortable at all times.

I was very blonde and wanted to go slightly darker. Sophie did an amazing job, she created a root stretch which I love. Darker on roots with some blonde towards the ends, exactly what I asked for. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience with Michelle. I came in for advice on a restyle and couldn’t be happier with the result. Since I moved to Bournemouth over 11 years ago, I’ve been trying to find the right hairdresser and I think I finally have! Can’t wait to have my colour done now :-)

Heard about Simone Thomas and the great job they did helping someone transition to their natural grey. Went for a consult, Ashleigh was brilliant, didn’t pull any punches, said it won’t be quick, that I have to be patience, as it will take some time overall. By the time I had the appointment, I had also made my mind up to start from ground zero, and have my long hair also cut off, to a short style, this was a spanner in the works from me, but they were so helpful and Michelle stepped in to cut my hair into a great style. I thought I would hate going from brunette to light on my journey to grey, but Ashleigh did a great job with the colouring, so between Michelle and her, walked out sort of happy but as I’ve got used to it, loving the style and looking forward to going to my natural hair colour of grey, I little bit gracefully. Can’t thank them enough

I moved to the Dorset area 2 years ago.. and have been wearing wigs for a while now (following chemotherapy a few years before) and finding Simone Thomas Salon and the amazing stylist Georgie on my doorstep was an absolute bonus!.. Georgie has since styled several of my wigs (the most recent this morning). She has such a lovely nature and her expertise/knowledge of wigs is second to none..
