Scott is a brilliant’cutter’ I haven’t had such an excellent cut for many years . It’s a real pleasure to come from Salisbury to have a cut and I will carry on coming

I always get a lovely cut from Michelle. She takes so much care and the style looks good until it's cut again in 6 weeks.

Sophie takes the time to get my hair looking as good looking as is possible (tough job).

As my 1st salon experience after years of seeing barbers I was slightly anxious. Michelle made me feel very comfortable and I quickly felt I could trust her expertise. I'm really pleased with how my curls now look and I feel a new confidence in general with my hair. Thank you so much ❤️

Having let my hair get in a very bad state I was recommended to this Salon and specifically to Sophie G and I am so glad that I decided to book an appointment! (And the 20% referral discount is very good!) I was a bit nervous as we all are when someone new is going to be cutting our hair! The first thing I noticed was the relaxing ambience, the lighting, decor, music, everything calmed me down as I sat waiting for my appointment. I felt bad for Sophie, being met with such a challenge however she did a fabulous job and is so lovely, we hit it off straight away and I found myself trusting her even though we’d only just met! I feel human again and able to go out into the world with renewed confidence!! Thank you Sophie, will see you again soon xx

Came to the salon for the first time yesterday with my bleached snapped + generally in bad condition hair, Scott worked his magic and I walked out with an amazing colour + style, a lot of attention to detail compared to other salons and really friendly.The salon might be a bit on the pricier side but you get what you pay for.

Was given some helpful tips and advice that I am going to try. Was happy with the finished style. A little expensive as I only really ended up having the ends off, presumably a full restyle would have been the same price? Happy nonetheless and will go again.

My first visit to the salon as I have just moved to the area. I had been to the same stylist for over 20 years and Scott has given me a totally new look. Very happy and have booked again

This is my 3rd visit to the salon and my first time with Michelle. All the ladies in the salon are lovely. Michelle was really nice and showed her expertise when refreshing my highlights. She got the colour perfect and she showed great care and attention with my hair.

I had a lovely first experience yesterday! Tegan was absolutely great, warm and welcoming, and I love the cut and colour. The whole salon was amazing, and I really look forward to coming back.

Scott suggested a shorter style to make my fine hair look thicker and be more manageable,. Despite being a little anxious about going shorter, I decided to go for it. The result was excellent and was complimented by the family when I got home.

Tiegan was extremely helpful giving wig advice and helping me to choose the right style and colour and selected many different styles to try on and did not pressure or try to rush me at all. Very nice girl.

Tegan was my adviser and showed several wigs. It was a simple process and I bought a fun wig (very expensive) mainly because it was the most comfortable. I was a bit surprised that my head wasn’t measured at first but all turned out well in the end.I had booked a 90 minute session but owing to a receptionist error, tjme was just over an hour. Staff were helpful with the stairs (I’m 86) but I was surprised by their dress. I would have thought such a prestigious salon would have staff in some kind of smart coordinating dress or uniform, and that their hair would have been more of an advertisement!
Overall a very interesting time with Tegan being very helpful and patient with me.

Lauren was really helpful in giving advice on whether to grow out my colour or to have a few lowlights. I felt she really listened to my request for a reshape and style with volume. I was really pleased with the result, the best cut I have had for years and easy to maintain. I thoroughly recommend.

I made a last minute appointment for a blow dry -only appt they could do was 10.30am so was too early & had mainly dropped out by evening. However hair felt nice wiv products used & stylist very polite -not overly chatty. Coffee bit cold

This was my first visit to Simone Thomas after moving to Dorset and being recommended by a friend. I was really pleased with my cut and blow dry. My stylist and the team were all very friendly and the salon was a lovely relaxing environment. I will be going back for my colour very soon!
