Lois is always so lovely and bubbly. I always look forward to my nail appointments and I love that my nails are so looked after. All of the team are so polite and warm, thank you team! Xxx

Sasha explained each stage of the process and checked that I comfortable with what she was doing. I loved that she helped choose a colour with me and tried them out on a nail to check what the colour looked like with my skin tone. My nails were lovely when finished and look very natural.

Gorgeous nails again this month after visiting the salon for my nail pamper. Super service, lovely friendly girls and always have a laugh, even with the cheesy jokes!!

Lovely experience as always, very relaxed!
Sasha offered me a free nail art if time while she and Grace are learning their trade.
We agreed a stamp in a contrasting colour to what I had chosen and Sasha did really well explaining what she was doing as she went. It turned out really well but with hindsight I think I would have chosen a different colour as a base.

Grace does a fantastic job and is very skilled, spending the majority of the appointment prepping the nail in readiness for the BIAB.
My nails look amazing when she has finished and I walk out the salon feeling fabulous 👌
Please keep it quiet how good she is as it would be my worst nightmare to find that she can't fit me in to her busy schedule because her client list is too long! 💖

After breaking a nail at work I made an appointment with Yuki to fix it - it’s a great fix and she matched the nail art to the others perfectly

Another nail refresh - standard French manicure. Great work by Yuki as always. A fun atmosphere in the salon as always. Booked in for my next infill and picked up another loyalty point (great scheme thank you) for a money off after 10 appointments.

Phoned yesterday saying I had damaged my nail tip at work and Lois immediately checked for a repair slot which happened to be today, fab!
Sasha sorted it for me at my appointment today and no charge for repairs which was great as it was my own carelessness that damaged my nail. I’ve obviously lost a bit of length now on that finger but at least it looks like it should do and nicely smoothed off too.

My nails were SO brittle. They were splitting down the middle, bending and sensitive to touch. Lois gently shapes and applies gel to my nails that now after 3 sets, my nails are so strong and healthy. I went for a design this week and they are AMAZING! Thank you Lois!! My nails would be a mess without you.
