Grace was very thorough throughout the procedure & even when unsure asked Lois advise on the actual nail repair needless to say I was very happy with the outcome .

Had my nails shaped and painted by Grace. She spends extra care and attention to ensure I have the most perfectly manicured nails. Always happy to go and get my nails done within Nails on the Exe. 100% recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Love my nails! Yuki always makes me feel so welcome and lets me try different colours.

My first time having Biab and I am very impressed.

Excellent service as usual. Lois always has helpful advice, knows my preferences and is always really accommodating. Nails always last really well and if a fix is required it’s easy to book in.

Always met with a smile and offered a ginger and lemon tea. All the girls are very professional and knowledgeable. Have been visiting the salon every four weeks for two years . My nails have never looked so good. Love the vast range of colours. The salon is alway very clean.

Such a lovely girl, friendly, old soul! Great attitude. Strives for perfection when performing her role. Such a credit to the business.

If you want perfect cuticles this is the place to be! I’ve been visiting Lois now for about 6 months and I’ve never looked back. Perfect nails every visit and the care and time that goes into each appointment is like nothing you’ll experience elsewhere. Highly recommend if you want to have that personal and professional experience. They take time to make sure each visit isn’t rushed and we all enjoy catching up each month! Highly recommend

Another visit to Nails on the Exe with Lois today. Love my Nail Therapy appointments, I just find the whole ambiance very relaxing to the point I could just drop off to sleep. Today I saw some nail colours out already and the lovely Lois had already thought about what she was doing which was great that she knows me well enough . I quite often leave her to her own devices and I am never ever disappointed with what she does. I just love going to my appointments, it’s my time and that’s exactly how you are made to feel! 💓

Sasha looked after me for hands shape and paint plus a pedicure. She was warm and friendly and has a great career ahead of her. I was more than happy with the results and will be returning.

Just amazing! Still can’t believe how strong and healthy my nails are! Lois is a perfectionist and it really shows in her work. Relaxing environment and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Lois’ new review scheme I have managed to half the amount of time to fill up my loyalty card, so now my next visit I shall be getting £30 off! Very friendly salon. Before my nails kept breaking and splitting, now with BIAB they have grown so much longer, stronger and look great.

All of the team are great and very capable. Nice atmosphere and I’ve seen some awesome designs. I’m generally very cautious with colour and stick to French polish but even I’m embracing some subtle nail art from time to time and I love that they love their work and enjoy helping chose the right design.

Sasha is so lovely and bubbly! It’s always great to have my toes done and have a giggle. She always checks in during the treatment and the massage is amazing! Always so happy with the result. Thank you.
