Nicola is always great! Happy and welcoming. She gives good advice about how to style my hair, but listens to what I want. I always get compliments after she has cut my hair.

I have been coming to KH Hair, Ripley for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed. The salon offers the highest quality consultations, hair treatments and styling. The stylists are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offer excellent advice in colouring and styling. In these difficult times the salon has been made Covid secure and feels extremely safe. I recommend KH Hair without reservation.

Lucie was so lovely and very kind throughout my appointment. She is very skilled with balayage and made an amazing job with my hair. I have not had my hair done in a salon for over a year now, so was nervous at first. h
However lucie made me feel very comfortable and was she was easy to talk to. Definitely recommend.

I had a fabulous keratin (nano) treatment with Dion. She explained step by step what the process was and what she would be doing each time. After the product was put on my hair she explained that she would leave it for 15mins and check it again. This she did 3 times until she was satisfied with the effect. Throughout the process she was friendly and professional and made me feel special. The result is amazing and I will recommend it to all my friends. Dion is fabulous and I can’t thank her enough. It has given me a real boost in these difficult times.

Was my first time stepping into khhair. This was to have a consultation with lucie regarding what I wanted done to my hair. She was very helpful and knowledge regarding hair styles.I have made an appointment with her and hopefully will like the outcome. When I entered they made sure I gelled my hands and that everyone was 2 meters apart when sat down.

I’ve been coming to get my hair done by Dion for a few years now (I always have a wet cut and blow dry). The salon itself is spotless with a great layout and atmosphere. Everyone is really welcoming and I always get offered a drink (obviously this isn’t possible at the moment with current restrictions) - I usually have a latte that comes with a biscotti biscuit. My job (outdoors and usually messy!) means that my hair is often shoved in a bobble or under a hat, but Dion always brings it back to life and makes me feel a bit more ‘human’.

Beth has been colouring and cutting my hair for years and always makes my hair look fantastic. Since I could afford to go the hairdressers myself I have always maintained high standards . I know my hair looks good but the amount of compliments I get is staggering on the colour , cut and how healthy / shiny it always look.
The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is to much trouble

Visited the salon fora retouch of my colour, cut and blow dry. Amy rang to see if I would like to bring my appointment forward as the salon would be closed due to the lockdown on my booked appointment day. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness of all the staff who made my visit very enjoyable in these difficult times. Sarah is the absolute professional in all aspects. She asked how I wanted my hair and we discussed a shorter length in case my next appointment was delayed. She ensured she kept me informed at each stage of the retouch. She ensured that all clients were dealt with in a friendly but professional manner ensuring all safety standards were met. The staff were all adhering to the COVID 19 regulations by wearing masks and ppe. I felt very relaxed yet safe with the environment. The salon still feels relaxing even though there are a range of extra screens and cautionary measures in place.
