I was greeted by a lovely stylist who sat me down and discussed my likes, dislikes and lifestyle around my hair. Made suggestions, showed me some photos and then when she was sure I was happy with the plan she started. She checked I was ok at every stage, demonstrated how to take care of my new style and couldn’t have been kinder. My new style is really lovely and I am very happy indeed

Fabulous visit today to have my colour refreshed. Sarah is so talented and knows exactly what will suit me and understands my hair so well. We discussed a new colour process that could be quicker on occasions so I had a patch test done to see any reactions. Atmosphere as always friendly and welcoming. As a team they work so well together which comes across as you walk in . Having ptsd I can be highly sensitive to noise and crowds but Sarah and Beth have provided me with an option should I need to go to a quieter place .
