As alway had a brilliant experience in The Ripley branch. Extremely Covid safe, the cleanliness certainly would beat a hospital operating theatre. Every area sprayed down and thoroughly cleaned ready for the next client. The atmosphere was fabulous even though they were short staffed they had smiles behind their masks. I had approximately 12inches cut off and a colour and now feel a million dollars ?

Dena knows my hair and I always feel confident and have no worries about getting my hair cut with her. I felt safe with the covid measures in the salon. This salon is friendly everyone who works there are always friendly and welcoming.

I made an appointment fir a wash and blow dry on Christmas Eve as a treat gif myself. It was fabulous. Sarah made me look amazing as always and I came away feeling beautiful. Thank you Sarah she always makes my thick and at times unruly hair look fabulous.

Your as old as you feel- this year has been stressful. I needed a new hairstyle and some colour or colours, chatting with Amy we decided lighter warmer tones on foils would look great on my brunette long curly hair , making my hair shorter by a couple of inches adding layers will had shape to my new style.
Fabulous . I feel fabulous ready for whatever 2021 holds for me.

The whole experience of attending the hairdressers was and always is a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience. My hair cut was very professional and was done to my wishes.

Everything at the salon was reassuring against Covid and all the staff friendly and helpful as always. Beed a Keith Hall client for over 25 years most with Dena so I think that shows I am more than happy with them. Dena always makes a wonderful job of my hair.

I visited the salon to see Sarah and discuss having some foils added to my existing colour. She suggested several different colours as I was looking for something warm but I didn’t want my roots to show through too quickly. Together with Dion Sarah suggested a way of adding some warmth but still allowing my base colour to stay around the parting line so my roots wouldn’t be so visible when my hair grew. I am so pleased with the result and care and attention I was given to make sure the result was magnificent and it is. I love it !!! Thank you so much. In these difficult times it is so nice to have a treat and that is exactly what Sarah and her team provide. They are all fabulous.
