Sarah is always a credit to your company. She is extremely caring understanding helpful and very polite and professional. Without fault in my book. Any queries I have about the condition of my hair or any problems with it are always resolved. I would recommend her to anyone. She is excellent

Nicola can always be trusted to do a brilliant cut. I was devastated to think I wouldn’t get it in before lockdown as my appointment was on Friday. Very surprised and happy to get a call on Sunday to rearrange for Monday. Thank you Nicola!

As soon as you walk through the door your greeted with a smile which makes you feel welcome. Excellent covid safe practice in place which is reassuring and makes you feel safe at all times . Dion listens carefully to issues with your hair and offers professional advice and guidance re hair colour and style . Absolutely love going feel it's a couple of hours just for me to be pampered away from the busy times of daily life. I love my hair and have already had compliments on the cut and colour . Very good as always

Went for my regular appointment yesterday and as usual Dion did an amazing job. Even with all the new restrictions and social distancing requirements the salon remains personable and welcoming. It’s clear how Sarah and all her staff are dedicated to making the environment safe yet still comfortable for all their clients.

Great job as always from Sarah also the young girl who washed my hair did a lovely job too .

Lovely place. The lady who did my hair was fab and knew what she was doing. I had quite a dramatic change and was pleased with it. Very clean. Very covid safe. Great. Will come here from now on.

Excellent service as always ?

I'm a little sceptical about hairdressers as had a few mishaps in the past. Also I suffer with anxiety so was extra worried with all the restrictions etc. I googled local salons and read reviews and chose K H. From the minute I entered the salon I was made to feel comfortable. I was greeted by my stylist (sorry can't remember her name) who was really friendly. I had a wash cut and blowdry and I'm really happy with the results. If you're worried about covid then no need as this salon had all precautions in place. I would highly recommend.

As ever it was a delight to have my hair cut at Keith Hall, Ripley. So friendly and this year must be the safest place in town during the crisis. Sarah has done a wonderful job maintaining the requirements. No one should have My doubt about going there. I believe its perfectly safe.

As usual a wonderful experience. Staff are caring and friendly. Their experience is shown in the styles they create.They cope admirably with the new restrictions imposed on us all and I left the salon feeling relaxed and delighted with my new hair style.

Fabulous, friendly service. Brilliant cut as always that stays looking good even when I really need it doing again so wouldn't think of going anywhere else. 10 out of ten as always.

It was so lovely walking in and feeling like one of the family and walking out afterwards feeling wonderful

So, always been blonde, long story short. Rona=sent home by work =8weeks in = bored=bought a brown box dye=Shit hair. The end.

Only it wasn’t the end! Having box dye flat hair was like my last boyfriend- dull, boring and certainly not lighting my fire if you get me. Also just a note at this point that box dye looks fab on most people- just not me- which is unlike the ex as he looks shit everywhere

Anyways finally plucked up the courage to phone old Kieth and say hey, might’ve cocked up here , I’m ready to be fixed and a week or so later I’m in Keith’s meeting a stylist (new to me) called lucie. This is where it all went down hill (only kidding). She seemed to have some real difficulty working out how to tie a knot on my gown thingy which I try not to judge her for.

Anyway apart from walking in to the Covid shower curtains 50 times each we did very well with Covid security. Very safe. Well done. Missed my hot drink though but I’m prepared to make sacrifices ;) .

In the End it appeared Lucie got skills. I completely ignored what she said she was doing as I’ve watched too many BRad Mondos to think bleaching out box dye would be a success. But by the end to my amazement my hair was a gorgeous non yellow/orange blonde. She even curled it. I paid the good lady and strutted off up the street bouncing and tossing my hair all over the place

Sarah was, as ever, totally professional and really friendly. I felt totally comfortable and extremely confident that I was COVID safe. Above all though, I had a haircut that I am very very happy with!

Ellie the junior washed and conditioned my hair. She is very professional and friendly and kept me informed of each stage of the process checking that I was comfortable and the water temperature was to my liking Fabulous service. In these difficult times the salon felt safe and the sanitising processes were perfect. It was a nice and relaxing experience which is a credit to Sarah and her team in these exceptional times
