I, like every other client no doubt, was pleased and relieved to have a cut. It was good to see Helen again and to use her expertise as I dared a new style.

The whole experience was very safe and comfortable regarding the current situation. Helen made me feel at ease and explained the procedure regarding gowns and coat hanging very clearly. Within the salon the atmosphere was just as friendly as usual but of course quieter as there were fewer clients. My shampoo was well done and I was SO pleased to be back at Keith Hall’s and to see Helen. She is such a professional, and after explaining the length of my hair and the different style I had achieved by way of lockdown, Helen discussed this with great kindness and understanding. She appreciated my difficulties due to my shoulders having torn tendons and my inability to comb my hair easily. I waited as instructed while another client came into the salon and then went to the desk to pay. All in all a most assuring and efficient experience.

Always the perfect experience. I always get the exact colour & cut I ask for but Sadie also helps suggest ideas. Sadie is easy to talk to and efficient all at the same time. It’s such a relaxed environment and I didn’t feel at all worried about CV-19 everything was washed and clean and the salon was perfectly organised to keep us safe.

What a treat after lockdown! Although I couldn’t get my usual stylist Sadie did a fantastic job and I feel able to face the world again!

I was extremely happy with my cut and colour today. After 4 months of lockdown It felt great to be able to look in the mirror again . Everyone in family said my hair looked great. Kirstie took a lot of time and trouble to give more hair a more natural look

Like most I'm sure it felt good to finally be able to have a hair cut. Things are obviously different but Sadie was her usual cheerful self and made me feel as welcome as always.

Fabulous as always, after weeks of lockdown hair I’m back to feeling good about my hair & all thanks to Julie.

Over the years I have had many hairdressers and although I have been pleased with the results initially, I found that many hairdressers become complacent and prefer to do the same old thing. In fact when I told one hairdresser that I fancied a change, she asked what I didn't like about it currently and when I said nothing I just fancied a change she told me if it ain't broke it don't need fixing! Helen has never been complacent, she listens, discusses and gives me the result I am after. She is also so friendly and attentive and always remembers the drivel I chat about each visit! Perfect.

It’s always a pleasure having my hair done and something I look forward to. Helen is a fantastic stylist and gives good professional advice.

Very careful with hygiene at the salon in view of Coronavirus. Kirsty attentive and professional as always. She’s been cutting / colouring my hair for years and I wouldn’t have anyone else.

My hair is a pixie cut, and I get loads off positive comments on my hair, strangers have come up to me to ask where and who does it for me.

Great cut & colour. Remembered I always have a treatment with my colour without me asking. I like to be quiet and relax at the hairdresser and I never feel pressurised to chit chat which I really appreciate.

Another wonderful experience at KH Hair. I always enjoy it, I love my hair now and ever since Courtney helped me choose my renewed colour early last year, people have said how nice my hair looks. I love Courtney’s professionalism and manner, I like that she doesn’t chat too much, I like to read my book. Isabelle washed my hair, did a really good head massage and was lovely and friendly too.
