I hadn't been since July but felt perfectly safe and at ease with the measures in place. Sadie was her usual smiley, chatty self and my cut and colour perfect. A lovely pre-Christmas treat. Thank you

I previously had a fear of hairsdressers. But since meeting Kirsty, 9 years ago she has worked miracles. Without fail I leave feeling fresh and new, happy with my hair but also able to manage it myself. Kirsty is always able to offer advise and I often give her free reign to try new things.

Brilliant cut as ever!

I was very impressed with the approach taken by Keith Halls when I went in for a cut and blow-dry yesterday. It was great that there were so few people there (only two clients and minimal staff) and that I only came in to close contact with one other person, Julie, who welcomed me, washed my hair, cut it and dealt with payment. Julie was wearing a visor and mask and I kept my mask on throughout. I felt reassured that everything possible was being done to protect both staff and clients alike and would recommend anyone who is slightly nervous in the current climate about visiting a hairdresser, to give it a go - I think they would be pleasantly surprised! Thank you to Julie for making it a really positive and enjoyable experience!
