It was magical! I went in feeling as rough as a badger's bum and came out feeling like Cinderella going to the ball (or at least one of the Ugly Sisters!)

As always, brilliant service, superb haircut. You couldn’t find a better place than this. All the staff are very professional and helpful.

Just had my first post lockdown cut & colour. Shaun and the team did a really professional job of making the salon 'Covid safe'. All staff and clients wearing PPE, lots of space. Shaun has even created a new, separate upstairs area for colouring. I felt completely safe and comfortable - and relieved to have a great cut & colour!

My first outing since lockdown and I was very wary of meeting people outside of my bubble The professionalism was outstanding. You were given your own ppe and the ruling of distance was adhered to all the way through my hair cut. Well organised and extremely well organised. Brilliant experience

I had my first haircut in 4 months today by Shaun and my colour was by Charlotte, who as usual did a wonderful job tackling my greys and getting my colour right. Shaun has been cutting my hair for some time now and I must say that even though it is short it held its shape really well over the last 4 months which I think is testament to a really good cut! It was so nice to be back and am really happy and pleased with the haircut Shaun has given me! The salon was really well run with high hygiene standards and I’m looking forward to going back again in 8 weeks!!!

Having been a regular customer for the past 10+ years, it was my first visit today after lockdown. Fab haircut as always by Shaun, he had his work cut out with my lockdown hair! Good to see all the friendly smiling faces in the salon.

First time visiting Toni and guy in Truro. And I was extremely impressed with the service, I'd definitely recommend that place to a friend. Sophie was an excellent and lovely stylist, couldn't be more happy with her work. I'd 100% go to her again (if I sadly wasn't moving away).

So happy to be back. Charlotte sorted out my lacklustre hair with her usual care. Full head highlights. Then Sophie cut & styled my hair. Both Sophie & Charlotte are very skilled & very friendly. Down to earth. We always have much to talk about & laugh easily. So happy to be back. When I walked out I felt like an improved version of myself. Thank you everyone. Not forgetting my shampoo, toner & head massage. A great team.

Everyone is obviously working very hard to allow the salon to operate safely both for the staff and customers. Vicky is brilliant, she has cut my hair many times, I like being able to book online.

Sophie was absolutely lovely. I have not been to a salon for approx 8 years, my husband has been chopping the ends off, and was a bit nervous. I wanted to regain a bit of esteem by getting a "proper" haircut. Sophie listened carefully, made suggestions etc and ultimately gave me a lovely cut that, whilst being in my current comfort zone, gave me confidence to book another appointment with her when I will let her just "do her thing". Thankyou Sophie. Also, thankyou to the young woman who washed my hair, I'm so sorry, I dont know your name, lovely, pampered and relaxing! Thank you!

Shaun listened carefully as I described the cut I wanted and and gave me a precise and stylish bob of exactly the length I wanted. (He even cleaned my glasses).

As a visitor to Truro I chose Toni and Guy as a respected and well known brand I have used in many locations. Sophie was very nice, and did a good shampoo and lovely head massage. Sadly the result of the blow dry was very disappointing....I left feeling I could have done better myself.

I always look forward to visiting the salon
