I saw Shaun today as the year draws to a close. We discussed how I would like my hair to look. Shaun knew exactly what to do as always. With his friendly, professional expertise he transformed my hair to a contemporary style which I love. I can't speak highly enough of the care & attention I received. My hair is curly and thick and I'm always apprehensive about the hairdressers as I never really get what I want. Vicky listened and understood what I wanted offered her ideas and I have honestly never seen my hair look so gorgeous! I'm in awe. New favourite place. Thanks guys!

Vicky delivered an excellent stylish cut that was exactly what I wanted and now, several weeks on, has stood the test of time. She allowed me the time and attention to find out what I wanted and also gave sound advice on how to maintain the style and condition of my hair. My husband, family and friends have all loved it and commented on how much it suits me. So I'm one very happy customer!

My stylist was very interested in what I wanted from my hairstyle and we had a longer and more thorough discussion than I am used to in other salons. Betsy was not afraid to give me advice and the result is a fairly short wavy bob which has been very much admired. My hair was damaged from numerous home colourings and it now has thickness and a softer texture. I have been told it makes me look a lot younger and I love it. Even my husband keeps paying me compliments without me asking him and he doesn't tend to hide what he thinks! :-) I am a very happy customer and would thoroughly recommend Betsy and the Truro branch. Very light and airy salon and fully following all covid 19 guidelines.

Came in with hair in a mess as not cut since January. Long and lanky. Hairdresser was fantastic in listening and making suggestions that were really intuitive. Normally dislike my visits to hairdresser but despite limitations of face masks this experience was fabulous. Loved the service and my hair.

I am always happy to visit Toni and Guy in Truro. It is a fabulous salon with fabulous hair stylists. The staff and management have made a secure and clean and sanitised and safe space for the clients to have their hair cut. There are no concerns or worries.

Used this salon for first time since moving from Kent. Must say I am over the moon with the way my hair has been cut and the staff in store were really lovely. Booked for my next visit when I left. Huge thanks

Always a wonderful experience at my local salon, as soon as you step in the door, a cheery welcome, excellent treatments, and a cheery goodbye.

Booked in with a certain color specialist, arrived finding it was someone else. Substitute was good but there was initial disappointment. Colorist was short of time and asked for assistance, the assistant was quite unprofessional and slapped color on my head and face quite hurriedly and angrily. Very strange experience and was a bit disgruntled and disappointed.

Very pleased with my hair as usual and well looked after and all done promptly!

As always: helpful, friendly staff. Delighted with my cut.

Betsy cut my hair today. I went in feeling drab and lacklustre (not just my hair!) and left with a spring in my step.
Betsy was friendly and COVID aware. She listened, understood what I wanted, made some suggestions and delivered what we agreed. That’s a level of service that has been sadly lacking in recent visits to other salons.
The final test? My hair looks great.

As always a great experience as Toni and Guy Truro.

Great experience, wonderful cheerfulness and overall great customer service. By the time I arrived for my appointment most of the staff had already been at work and on their feet for around seven hours, and my appointment (full head highlights) was going to add to the above by a further three or so hours.
The staff were great and the overall cheerfulness infectious. Lindsey is a fantastic colourist and I'm very happy with the results.

I was a little nervous to come into the salon. Not visited for several weeks. No needed to have worried at all. Lots of precautions put in place so felt very safe.

As always I left the salon feeling on top of the world. Kelly has given me a great new style to complement my hair colour and I would never consider going anywhere else. She is just perfct! The salon's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene make me feel completely safe. A great salon all round!

Had such a lovely experience even in these interesting times, she was really friendly and it was really lovely that she seemed so excited to spend time on my hair and I left feeling the most happy with my hair than I ever have before when leaving a salon! Will be back again soon!

Lovely experience. Haven’t had a haircut for over a year... Betsy gave a fab wash and cut making my hair feel amazing. She also gave some great styling tips and a huge confidence boost! Will definitely go back to Betsy.

I was made to feel safe and welcome, given the current Covid-19 situation. Shaun has cut my hair for 10 years now, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He’s very knowledgeable and always knows how to shape my difficult curly hair so it always keeps its shape whether I wear it short or longer. I get compliments on how well my hair is shaped and styled.

As ever I come away feeling so much better and ten years younger.It’s a long drive for me but so worth it
