My 15 year old sister had her first visit here, she has affo Caribbean hair and is very damaged. Charlotte and Betsy were both amazing with her. She had a baleage followed by a cut her hair looks amazing the best it’s ever been. I highly recommend.

I have been a loyal client of Tony&Guy for more years than I can remember. with Shaun as my hairdresser. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Shaun has hardly ever had time off due to sickness but there is always a first. Kelly offered to step in and she was also amazing. Thank you Kelly.

Came in today for a colour, Sophie was lovely and very professional, made me feel very at ease. All the salon staff are amazing and keep everything spotless. So pleased with my results and I will be coming back summer time to add some more colour!

Sophie took great care in being professional and careful in her styling techniques. I felt welcome, warm and pampered. I’ve had my hair cut by her once before after 30 years of one hairdresser in Birmingham so it was a pretty big thing to start again..!
I have confidence in Lynsey as my haircut grew out well without odd unmanageable tufts which is always a good sign.
Equally as pleased with the cut this time thank you.
The only complaint I can make is I wasn’t offered a drink at the time and on a cold wintry day it would have been nice to have a hot drink.
Pleasantly surprised to get 20% NHS discount - excellent value.

I was a customer at another Toni & Guy which closed; I’m quite rigid in regards to who I have styling my hair so this was a big deal to me. I was seen by Sophie and Betsy, both of whom took the time to listen to my requirements and offer professional advice on what would suit me best. I left the salon very happy with the results and reassured that my hair is in new safe hands. Thank you!

I am a fairly new client at the salon, so delighted with Vicky, she is so friendly and approachable. My hair was in bad condition and she has brought it back to life and has done a wonderful cut, working towards the eventual finished style when it has grown out of the old damaged colour.

As normal the staff , Kelly and Shaun make you feel like a million dollars alway chatting and interested in what’s happening in you life . Mum and I have mobility issues and this is always taken into account. Very lovely atmosphere . Highly recommended this salon

Kelly always listens to my comments about my previous haircut and makes any changes necessary. The cut is always excellent and I would never go anywhere else to have my hair cut.

Amazing... I was nervouse but Kelly filled me with confidence in regard to my decision to have a fringe. Kelly felt it was a great idea and she was confident that she could cut what I asked for. Kelly listened to what I felt I wanted and cut exactly that.
